Patrick replaced the framework around my garage doors in 2021 after our doors were replaced by Precision. He recently repaired one of the frames that we damaged while backing out of the garage. He is amazingly talented and professional. The work was perfect in 2021 and again recently. Thank you Patrick! I highly recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs. The spring broke on my garage door. When reviewing with Justin Byers, we chose to do the double door torsion overhaul which included 2 Torsion springs, set of lift drums, center and end bearings, lift cables, and new rollers. We also added a new button seal and retainer for seal. Justin worked diligently to do the overhaul as efficiently, carefully, and completely as possible. He was thorough, and did quality work and explained what he was doing as he worked. Thank you Justin and Precision Door for the quality repairs.

I am extremely happy with Precision! I called them late in the day and explained the problem with my garage door opener. They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour! Andrew was very professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the sensors on the opener rather than suggesting I get a complete new opener. I appreciate that since money is a factor. Why is it things break on the weekend, especially a Sunday morning trying to get to church.
