I installed precision door last year and had no issues. Recently my door was opening randomly and automatically. Most likely cause maybe the key we kept in kitchen drawer. They were at our home within 24 hrs. We were pleased with the estimate and ordered a new door. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. On time, follow up calls, and updates were excellent. We love the product. Exceptional quality. He even offered a discount for a new motor. We accepted that as well.
