Matt, the service technician, was available earlier than scheduled so he texted and called before coming out. When he arrived he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. He proceeded to check out the system, grease and oil it as necessary and gave tips on possible other maintenance that I could do. His service was outstanding! I highly recommend this company and I will use them again as needed!

Precision has my business moving forward! My garage door was improperly installed 15months ago which created a failure. Gave them a five star because of the prompt and professional service.Daren was our technician and arrived on time. We had a broken torsion spring and he checked everything out and explained what he was going to do and had it all done in less than an hour and also oiled all hinges and track. Very reasonable and will definitely use them again if needed.

We had an ancient (25 yr+) Craftsman opener replaced. Daren did an excellent job. Given the age of the house it was one of the few times that any repair was done without any major problems. I appreciate the prompt response to my call. Would definitely recommend Precision.

Precision is your go to garage door company! Scheduling and dispatching went very smoothly. A text with our tech’s picture was sent when he was on his way. Matt, the tech, made a special phone call for me to check on an older warranty and it was found quite quickly. Matt replaced the springs and it works like a gem. He educated me and gave me some great tips! I highly recommend this company.

Still I reached their customer service. Customer service response is really good. I called one time and they scheduled and sent technician quickly. Very professional. I highly recommend Precision.
