Customer Service was World Class from the answering service who answered the call promptly and was very professional. to one of the owners Teresa who was exceptional in keeping me informed and very friendly. To the salesman who was friendly and very knowledgable and informative. Then there was Will the technician, who was outstanding, absolutley a professional, took pride in his work and took his time to make sure everything was precise and exact. I had an old door removed and a new garage door and door opener installed and I would highly recommend this company for any garage door need.

After discovering a broken spring this morning, my daughter recommended Precision Door. After I called and explained my situation, the repair man arrived on time, reviewed the problem, made a few recommendations, and provided an approximate cost estimate. He had all the necessary parts and tools on his truck. The garage door works perfectly now.

They had 24 hr service. I called at 10pm and they were there at a 945am next morning. Michael did a great job ,was courteous, and explained what needed to be done. He did offer a overhaul deal , but was not a pressure deal ,just an option. Glad I did take it . Door is so quiet now just like new !

Matt, the service technician, was available earlier than scheduled so he texted and called before coming out. When he arrived he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. He proceeded to check out the system, grease and oil it as necessary and gave tips on possible other maintenance that I could do. His service was outstanding! I highly recommend this company and I will use them again as needed!

Precision has my business moving forward! My garage door was improperly installed 15months ago which created a failure. Gave them a five star because of the prompt and professional service.Daren was our technician and arrived on time. We had a broken torsion spring and he checked everything out and explained what he was going to do and had it all done in less than an hour and also oiled all hinges and track.
