Ordered doors and openers and there was a small error with the order. This, however, was corrected in a cordial and timely manner. The gentlemen who worked on the doors were friendly, and performed efficiently and effectively. The doors work great and they did an excellent job on the trim. The drop down boxes below do not allow for more than one choice and therefore are slightly misleading on the size of the job.

I am very satisfied with the service I received on my garage doors. Even though I spent more than I had hoped, I have the peace of mind knowing that my doors are warrantied now and that I have someone I can rely upon to fix any problems that might arise in the future. I was most impressed with the fact that I could get an appointment for the very next day (I called at 10:30pm!). Got same day service for a my door opener that was not working. The technician (Will) showed up well within the 2hr appointment window. I was contacted in advance to confirm exact time he would be there. He was courteous and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. All in all, a great experience.

We needed help with an old door on our new house that despite passing the home inspector report stopped working in an open position soon after move in. Called Saturday , had a technician out first thing Monday morning as promised. Will the technician was very friendly and efficient. He installed a new opener, and programed the remotes in about 1 hour. Will obviously knew what he was doing and took pride in his work. All done at a fair price with no sales pressure. I would highly recommend.

A co-worker recommend Precision. Old door spring broke and car was trapped in the garage. Called Precision at 2pm and repairs, including some upgrades such as center reinforcement, new pulleys and nylon rollers, complete by 7pm same day - Sunday! Daren Denton was friendly and identified an issue with my door that he was able to easily correct that saved me a potential future panel replacement. I will be calling Precision soon for an upgrade on my second door’s hardware as well as belt drive door openers.

Found Precision on line and read previous reviews. Sounded good. Set up appointment and Darren fixed wall control panel as requested. Also as extra work installed door weather strip and reconnected loose arm on door. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great job.
