I called at 9:21 am my door was working by 11:10 am Fast Friendly & Very Efficient Also other companies in Lexington wanted 20- 30 dollars more for service call & only offered next day service! Anytime in the future you all will be my first & only call!

Steve and Theresa were great to work with. Our realtor recommended them. Precision went over and above to make sure we were taken care of when a house we bought had a garage door that needed replaced. They came out and got us set up until the new door arrived. Steve even got us set up with a keypad and garage door opener (since the seller didn't leave one). From start to finish, the service was quick, well done and professional. Thanks y'all!

Called Precision for repair this morning because sensors not working properly. They sent repairman today. Michael was very knowledgeable about how garage opener worked. Not only did he replace the sensors, which he checked and found to my surprise, still under warranty, but adjusted open and close settings, lubricated garage door, and made sure keyless pad operated properly. Thank you Precision and especially, Michael!!!

Customer Service was World Class from the answering service who answered the call promptly and was very professional. to one of the owners Teresa who was exceptional in keeping me informed and very friendly. Then there was Will the technician, who was outstanding, absolutley a professional, took pride in his work and took his time to make sure everything was precise and exact. They had 24 hr service. I called at 10pm and they were there at a 945am next morning. Michael did a great job ,was courteous, and explained what needed to be done. He did offer a overhaul deal , but was not a pressure deal ,just an option. Glad I did take it . Door is so quiet now just like new !
