I installed precision door last year and had no issues. Recently my door was opening randomly and automatically. Most likely cause maybe the key we kept in kitchen drawer. They were at our home within 24 hrs. We were pleased with the estimate and ordered a new door. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. On time, follow up calls, and updates were excellent. I choose Precision for my garage door needs in all honesty because they were located in Nicholasville. I couldn't get the door open and my car was stuck in the garage. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could come the same day. I was given the name of the technician before he arrived, the vehicle was clearly marked and the technician was very professional and courteous. They were able to get out same day so it didn't cause us any need to be off work additional time for the fix, fast diagnosis of the issue and improved the initial design by using two springs instead of just one. Great Overall Experience, would highly recommend them!

I chose Precision based on looking at several websites. I liked their same day service. My technician arrived early (he called first), did an excellent job, and was very personable. Even though he had to redo part of the job (no fault of his, door had wrong size original springs) he was finished before out designated appointment time was over.
