Great service. Called on a Sunday evening, unexpectedly was connected with a live agent who was able to schedule a repair appointment for Monday morning. Great communication. Repairman let us know when he would arrive. Repair completed in a timely manner. Very pleased that Precision Door stood behind the product they had installed for us just over a year ago.

They were able to get out same day so it didn't cause us any need to be off work additional time for the fix, fast diagnosis of the issue and improved the initial design by using two springs instead of just one. Great Overall Experience, would highly recommend them!

I chose Precision based on looking at several websites. I liked their same day service. My technician arrived early (he called first), did an excellent job, and was very personable. Even though he had to redo part of the job (no fault of his, door had wrong size original springs) he was finished before out designated appointment time was over.

Excellent service. Called Saturday morning, showed up before noon. Had broken torsion spring. Replaced both and tensioned door correctly. Explained what had to be done before starting. Also pointed out that rollers were wearing out and what could happen if not fixed. Gladly had him do that also.

Matt was great! He was so informed on the garage door and the way he explained my issue with my cables made perfect sense afterwards. I had racked my door trying to DIY the issue myself and thought I was going to have to purchase a new bottom panel. Matt helped me pop out the dents and said he would try and hold off until steel and metal prices came down. It is very rare not to have someone trying to sell additional products/services to you. I am going to use his services at the fire department for our bay doors. Very professional and I enjoyed just general conversation with him.

When Theresa answered the phone, I could tell she was more than friendly and helpful. I sent her pictures of bar code labels on my garage door and she researched exactly which door it was. Then she took a lot of time to locate 2 panels for it. As soon as they came in she contacted me to schedule a technician to come to my house. Her assistance, patience, and genuine congeniality is highly appreciated by this very satisfied customer.
