I had a phone conversation with a gentleman before the repairman came out, I specifically said I had 1 spring broken on my door, he gave me a price for the spring. I repeated the price of the spring plus the price of the service call to him and he said yes that’s correct. They come out here and the guy says we have to replace both springs it’s company policy. I said I tried to avoid something like this with a simple call first, so I sent him away. Very poor communication with me, and I really felt deceived and was tried to be taken advantage of. The repairman was very nice and apologized for the mistake of the representative on the phone and said he should have informed me of the policy.

Precision did a a great job in a short turn around for a rental property. Andrew, our Technician, was very professional and took our job very seriously. He attempted to repair rather than replace, but that did not workout. I will definitely call this company again! Brenda Sipes, Winchester

Technician Francis was here today to do a minor repair our 21+ year old garage door. He did a fine job which we appreciated. He was also very helpful in answering my questions about the possible purchase of a new garage door. That resulted in the estimate for the particular door selection we would be interested in. The literature he left me with was also much appreciated. Given the age of our present door, we are very likely going to get a new one. After giving this matter some more thought and possibly considering some additional options, hopefully, I will be back in touch with you all before too long.

When my garage door broke on a Saturday, I was happy to see that Precision does weekend service calls without charging extra. I was able to schedule an appt for that afternoon and the repairman arrived on time. Since it was the end of the day he had sold out of the door opener I wanted but he fixed the door so I could easily open it manually and put a lock on the inside so I could secure it. He came back on Monday and replaced the door opener in less than the estimated time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to complete the job thoroughly. I highly recommend them!
