I called Precision Door to evaluate the condition of my garage door in the morning and had a technician arrive three hours later, early afternoon. Blake Angel inspected the door and found several problems. He pointed out the several damaged parts and recommended replacing the door completely, to include, a new, quieter DC motor. (Safe operation and quieter open/close were two of my concerns.) The replacement door, motor, and accessories were ordered on the spot with installation arranged. I could not be more pleased with the responsiveness, customer service, product quality, and professional demeanor of the Precision Door company.

Last week a spring broke on one of our two garage doors. We called Precision and two service men arrived within the hour to install a new spring and spray some lube on the tracks and door hinges. I had a new garage door opener installed that has battery back up. I chose Precision because of their 5 star reviews and that they are open for business in case of emergency situations and offer same day service. A good friend also recommended Precision. The technicians were early and went to work right away. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Fran showed me how to work the door opener and explained all the functions and helped set the code for the outside keypad and assisted me with downloading the app for wireless operation also. Very professional and courteous! Will definitely recommend to others!
