I was very pleased with Steve's work. he installed a new exterior garage door opener on the outside of my garage door. He checked the opener and all was fine. Precision guys are always very professional, very polite, very nice, and always very helpful and informative! Will continue to be a very happy customer!

I recently needed a couple of remote openers for my garage door. Being new to the area I first called a local garage door company (their name was on a sticker on the garage door.). I called 3 times, always getting an answering machine. I left 3 messages but did not get any return calls. So I called Precision and talked to a person and not a machine. They were able to send someone out that day, as a matter of fact they arrived within the hour. The tech, Anthony, checked the hinges and other mechanical workings of the door. He found two broken hinges which he replaced as well as programmed the 2 new remotes to my door. I was very pleased with the prompt service and will be sure to call Precision in the future if I have any problems with my garage door.

Nathan (the technician) did a excellent job of diagnosing and repairing our unit w//o trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He even left me a can of “rust inhibitor” to use on our opener, springs, rails, etc. I will definitely use Precision again when I need service. Thanks.

I was having trouble with my garage door closing. I called and got a tech out with a few hours. Anthony was very professional. He diagnosed and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently.
