This is an epitome of good customer service. I received a confirmation in my email immediately after I spoke to the representative over the phone. They promised they will arrive tomorrow morning between 10 and noon which they did. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. The rates were reasonable and we were very pleased with the outcome. We would recommend this company to anybody that needs a garage door service.

Love my new garage door. It was the easiest process I have had on having something installed. From the moment Steve came to give me a bid for the door to the installation itself. Everybody so accommodating. The installation crew was on time and they completed the install exactly as they said it would be done. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone that would be purchasing a new door.

I have never used Precision and found them on Google. I called t 3:00pm on a Friday afternoon when my garage door spring broke and Jacob was here at 3:30. Cost was competitive and service was fast and professional. Job took less than a hour. I would definitely call again.

I called for a broken garage door opener at 1:00 PM on a Friday and they were here before 4:00 the same day. They had me fixed up and working in time for the weekend. Service tech was knowledgeable and friendly and the price was fair. I'll definitely use them again.

The young man (Nathan?) was very polite and personable. He not only did the work described, but gave tips about how to adjust the door and the workings of the mechanism. Was pleased with the work, but was surprised at how expensive it is to replace springs!

Jacob was the technician who responded to my service call for inop garage door opener. He gave me a thorough run down of my options. I decided to go with a new garage door opener. A smart decision. Jacob had everything on the truck needed, installed in about 90 minutes and gave me the run down on all the controls and usage. I was very pleased with his professional service. He luricated all the moving parts and even helped me program my built in car opener. Would highly recommend Precision Door & Garage Service for repair or replacement. And....the opener is so quiet! 5 stars from me.

It was just a routine repair that I had planned on doing myself. Steve delivered the part I ordered and when I asked if it was difficult to do myself he said "Not with 2 people. Want some help?". Just like that Steve gets his tools and starts without another word... In 10 minutes we're done and he begins to inspect our aging opener. He never tries to sell us a new one but notices the bottom of the door doesn't align. It never did... but Steve gets to work and meticulously gets the door better aligned than it had ever been. Never asked for a dollar. That's precision... That's our new Garage Door Company.

Called on Saturday and had a professional from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service over on Sunday to evaluate my problem. Once decided, I had the option on how to proceed and had an appointment the next day. The employee was there at the time that was set and the installation was quick.
