Then I was sent a photo of Fran, before he headed my way he called to confirm. Upon arrival he was very professional and got right to work. He fixed my door quickly going above a beyond the regular scope of work. The price was what they quoted me on the phone. Precision you have my recommendation. FIVE STARS!

A storm was moving in when my garage door broke, the base for the springs stripped from the wall. Because my door and opener were on warranty with Precision, I was immediately given a window for repair--and the door was working again before bedtime. The repair guy, Fran, was so helpful and friendly. He not only fixed the problem, but also did some additional troubleshooting and maintenance. Great service!

All I can say is I will use them again when a need arises. The installer was courteous, kind and was extremely efficient. His name is Frank. He was honest and he answered every question I had. Their pricing is fair and most of all they do an excellent job. I have multiple homes and I have hired multiple installers but this folks are above par in quality of service. I would highly recommend them. So if you need your garage door fixed, please give them a call, you cannot beat their pricing model. And the owner Theresa was honest and gave me an upfront pricing to repair my door. I need the seal replaced. They did an excellent job. There are no squeaks since I replaced all of my rollers with a high quality set of rollers. Thanks to Frank my installer he recommended it to me. So folks what are you waiting for, if you have an issue call them!

I called and reported I was having problems with my garage door. The cables had come lose and the door was frozen half open. They responded and showed up at the time scheduled, and the tech was very knowledgeable, polite and was able to repair it and working with in 2 hours.

I called Precision for service on our two old Genie garage door openers, and got an appointment for the next afternoon at 2 o'clock. Fran came out, right on time, and we assessed the problems. I chose to get two new openers and new chain tracks to replace the old screw-drives of our 14 year old openers. Fran scheduled me in immediately, 8 o'clock the next morning! By 11 o'clock the next day, I had two new garage door opener motors and chain drives working smooth as butter! We did not have to change garage doors or garage door tracks, either. I would recommend Precision to anyone without reservation!

The installer came but I had to have a new opener. I do not have your standard size doors. So they had to order and should be here on Monday. He said they would call as soon as they got in and would come and install. Very nice man Fran Desmond was the service tech.

I was very pleased with the ease and quickness of the entire operation. I called early on sunday morning (nothing like a late night breakage...) and had a technician at my house in just a few hours. He was very polite, gave me informed options from a simple repair to preventive maintenance and did the job quickly and professionally. Definitely will use again (if needed!)
