Garage door needed some minor adjusments (spring tension and track adjustment). Saw good ratings for Precision. Called them at 2:30 PM on a Friday afternoon and mentioned it was not urgent. The technician, Fran Desmond, arrived about 4 PM the same afternoon. He was very courteous and capable. Quickly made the necessary adjustments and advised me on some other issues.

As the Executive Director of a trade association that refers vendor members to regular members, I'm always evaluating our vendor members so that I can be honest in referring them. When I personally needed a new garage door, I started calling companies for estimates since we do not have a garage door company in our membership. I called three companies and made appointments with all three. Only one showed up when they said they would, and it was Precision Door Service! This company was great to work with! Their sales representative, Blake, was very knowledgeable about their garage doors, and he was able to give us a quote that same day. He was also able to tell us if the door was in stock or not. Blake followed up with us the next day. He wasn't a pushy salesman, but seemed to really want to help us since our old door was falling apart. The owner, Theresa also followed up with us and offered to help us get financing if we needed to go that route. Two installers came out the following day to install our new door! They were also great to work with! I believe their names were Matt and Andrew. Our garage door looks great and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that needs a new door! They have a great team and you can count on what they say their going to do! They are a five star company in my book!

I was scheduled for garage opener repair between 2-4. My tech, Fran, texted me at 1:30 to let me know he was on his way. He is very professional, efficient, and has understandable answers to my questions. I also asked him to check the seal to the door and he had everything he needed to install a new one for me.

I am am very pleased with these folks. I recently had a new garage built. Precision Door was recommended to me by one of the contractors working on my garage. I am glad they were recommended to me. They were able to get the doors for for me 5 weeks earlier than any of the other vendors I spoke with. Their team was professional. The doors look and operate wonderfully. I would highly recommend them.

Andrew was very helpful! He had just what I needed on his truck and was able to install a new garage door opener. He was able to easily explain the different types of opener and I opted for the "Cadillac" that I can control by app. He did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. He was a pleasure to work with.

After calling 2 different garage door companies numerous times in Richmond and receiving no response, I reached out to Precision. Imagine my surprise when I received a call back in less than an hour with an appointment scheduled for later that afternoon. Andrew called when he was on his way and arrived on time. I was so impressed with his knowledge and speed in finding my problem. He was very professional and personable. Precision is now my go to company for any future problems!!!

Precision Garage Door was a great company to do business with. There were no problems from the sales person who helped design the door we wanted to installation. All employees were very professional and pleasant to work with. We are very happy with the looks and operation of our NEW GARAGE DOORS. We can't believe how quiet and smooth the doors are when opening and closing. Neighbors called within hours of installations to comment on how nice they looked.

Precision was recommended by a relative. Called after 1pm and was still able to get appointment same day. Teresa answered phone and was extremely nice. Tech sent text and called shortly before arriving. Text contained picture of the tech, Andrew, which was appreciated. Was on time, courteous, and took time to explain what was needed and the cost before doing anything. Door needed new springs. Andrew took time to show me basic maintenance of door and how the release handle works. I was very pleased and would be glad to have Andrew as the tech again if needed. Thank you!

I can absolutely give your business a 5 star rating. Every aspect of my contact with Precision Garage Doors was outstanding. Contact with your office was easy and everyone was helpful and polite. The garage doors arrived within the time frame provided at the time of my estimate. I really like the text notifications which include a photo of the tech. who is coming to my home. Will arrived right on time and did a great job on the installation of my garage door. He made sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the work. I can honestly say that I really can't think of anything you could do better. I will absolutely contact Precision Garage Doors for any future work I need to have done. It was a pleasure dealing with you. GREAT JOB!
