Blake came promptly after contacting me. This was an appointment to get an estimate for a new garage door and opener. Blake took his time going over the various styles/colors/hardware available. Certainly no fault of your company or Blakes but unfortunately it will be the first of the year before receiving the door. I do understand this is a common day occurrence every where!! Third or fourth time I’ve needed work on my garage door and opener over the years. Met a nice young man, Anthony, on the first visit. He’s new, and did all he could, so had Steve, the owner, come back to finish up. Steve is personable, patient and VERY knowledgeable. And I think their prices are reasonable. Can’t imagine calling anybody else for my garage door repairs. Keep up the good work and great service guys! Thanks!

We have used Precision door in the past for service and when my garage door would NOT go up this morning, I called and a technician, Darien, was at my house within 2 hours and replaced the springs. He completed the work in a very short time and was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Percision with a 5 star rating.

Garage spring broke on a Sunday evening trapping my vehicle in the garage and leaving me no way to get my children to school by 7:30am the next day. Technician Daren came out on a Sunday night to fix it. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He got us fixed and operational before the kids bedtime. He was definitely a life saver to this momma! Highly recommend this company and Daren!

Great service. Fast response and Will was very professional and patient given the garage itself was filled with things in the way due to a recent move. He went above and beyond to move things out of the way and help me find rollers that had fallen off the garage door track.

I called Precision Door to evaluate the condition of my garage door in the morning and had a technician arrive three hours later, early afternoon. Blake Angel inspected the door and found several problems. He pointed out the several damaged parts and recommended replacing the door completely, to include, a new, quieter DC motor. (Safe operation and quieter open/close were two of my concerns.) The replacement door, motor, and accessories were ordered on the spot with installation arranged. I could not be more pleased with the responsiveness, customer service, product quality, and professional demeanor of the Precision Door company.
