Last week a spring broke on one of our two garage doors. We called Precision and two service men arrived within the hour to install a new spring and spray some lube on the tracks and door hinges. They did an excellent job (5 star) and were very conscientious. They performed a 5 star Excellent Job!!!!

I chose Precision because of their 5 star reviews and that they are open for business in case of emergency situations and offer same day service. A good friend also recommended Precision. The technicians were early and went to work right away. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Fran showed me how to work the door opener and explained all the functions and helped set the code for the outside keypad and assisted me with downloading the app for wireless operation also. Very professional and courteous! Will definitely recommend to others!

When first calling Precision Door, you will be treated in a polite and professional manner. Before the service technician shows up you will get advanced notice with a picture of the Tech. The service technician I had, Daren, was professional, knowledgeable and we discussed a couple different options, the pros and cons of each and the decision was completely mine with no pressure. I was give a time frame for the repairs and a set price. It doesn't get any better than that.
