The spring on our garage door snapped yesterday evening. Precision came early the next day and gave me multiple repair options with zero pressure. We ended up replacing the springs, cables, and rollers. The door now opens extremely quietly and smoothly, and we're extremely happy at the fantastic friendly service and reasonable prices. We phoned Monday afternoon, a holiday, to see about getting our garage door fixed as the tension spring had broken over the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to come first thing in the morning. James arrived timely and I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job. He was as pleasant and friendly as could be. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone. We didn't have to wait long and the service was fast, friendly and courteous.

Precision door service technicians have always done a good job for us. We have 25 rentals and they keep the garage doors working. They also usually give us a choice as to do a total repair or just what is needed at the time.

John Maley came to replace a broken garage door spring. Once it was replaced he found that opening the door with the broken spring had broken the garage door opener so he installed a new opener. Everything works great now. The door opens very quietly. My only complaint is that my 2011 Subaru Outback's homelink does not work with the new opener. Probably true for any new opener. That I will need to get a repeater or just use the remote. Somehow I feel that Liftmaster should have made this easier to find in their information and web site. I finally found the compatibility web site in their user guide but only after spending too much time trying to get it to work. My wife enjoyed working with John.
