Fran Desmond called to let me know his arrival time as I requested and was on time! So unexpected based on my previous experience with other contractors. Fran was both respectful and courteous. He knows his business and offered me several options for repairing and/or replacing my garage door. Based on his overall professionalism I opted to go all the way with Precision and take care of this door issue once and for all. Almost forgot, it is/was so nice to speak with a real person on the telephone!

These folks responded the same day I called and were able to fix my opener immediately. Will, the technician, was great. Gave me options for the repairs and told me how much each would cost, He replaced wall pad, key pad, and remote then even reprogrammed both the vehicle openers . Great service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Came out early Saturday morning. My door was an overhead door and the spring broke. It had a one year Warrenty . Precision gives a 5 year Warrenty.

Ordered doors and openers and there was a small error with the order. This, however, was corrected in a cordial and timely manner. The gentlemen who worked on the doors were friendly, and performed efficiently and effectively. The doors work great and they did an excellent job on the trim. The drop down boxes below do not allow for more than one choice and therefore are slightly misleading on the size of the job.

Got same day service for a my door opener that was not working. The technician (Will) showed up well within the 2hr appointment window. I was contacted in advance to confirm exact time he would be there. He was courteous and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. All in all, a great experience.
