When first calling Precision Door, you will be treated in a polite and professional manner. Before the service technician shows up you will get advanced notice with a picture of the Tech. The service technician I had, Daren, was professional, knowledgeable and we discussed a couple different options, the pros and cons of each and the decision was completely mine with no pressure. I was give a time frame for the repairs and a set price. It doesn't get any better than that.

I recently purchased new garage doors from Precision. The product is of good quality, the price was in market and service was excellent. The sales person was prompt and arrived at the agreed time. The technician "installer" was hard working and personable. I was totally satisfied with my overall experience with this company.

You get 5 stars from me. The technician Fran was the best. I had a lot of questions and he politely answered them all as he worked. Did an excellent job and I’m well pleased with the doors also.

The technician was fine. I believe the problem, which was a very small one, could have been taken care of over the telephone. If I had the opportunity to talk to the technician over the phone, I think it could’ve been solved without a service call. He took a plastic bag and put it inside the stripping at the bottom of the garage door. I don’t think that was worth $85. Maybe next time, try to assess the problem and offer an online solution without a service call.
