The technician was fine. I believe the problem, which was a very small one, could have been taken care of over the telephone. If I had the opportunity to talk to the technician over the phone, I think it could’ve been solved without a service call. He took a plastic bag and put it inside the stripping at the bottom of the garage door. I don’t think that was worth $85. Maybe next time, try to assess the problem and offer an online solution without a service call.

Had a problem with my newly installed door. Nathan came back 2 days later. Worked on the door for an hour, couldn't solve the problem however is coming back in the next day or 2 to hopefully resolve the issue. Can't ask for more hands on service than this. Pleased with precision door and Nathan.

These guys are, HANDS DOWN, the best garage door company in Lexington. I've had a couple issues with my old decrepit garage door and Precision has kept it working well beyond expectation. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs a new garage door or opener.They did everything they said they would do when I asked them to come out for the estimate. The installer was very professional( Will Kidwell) and the workmanship was outstanding. I’ve had three garage doors now installed in this house since I built it 20 years ago this is by far the best door and opener of the three. THANK YOU PRECISION!!!

Fran Desmond called to let me know his arrival time as I requested and was on time! So unexpected based on my previous experience with other contractors. Fran was both respectful and courteous. He knows his business and offered me several options for repairing and/or replacing my garage door. Based on his overall professionalism I opted to go all the way with Precision and take care of this door issue once and for all. Almost forgot, it is/was so nice to speak with a real person on the telephone!

These folks responded the same day I called and were able to fix my opener immediately. Will, the technician, was great. Gave me options for the repairs and told me how much each would cost, He replaced wall pad, key pad, and remote then even reprogrammed both the vehicle openers . Great service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Ordered doors and openers and there was a small error with the order. This, however, was corrected in a cordial and timely manner. The gentlemen who worked on the doors were friendly, and performed efficiently and effectively. The doors work great and they did an excellent job on the trim. The drop down boxes below do not allow for more than one choice and therefore are slightly misleading on the size of the job.
