Called Saturday , had a technician out first thing Monday morning as promised. Will the technician was very friendly and efficient. He installed a new opener, and programed the remotes in about 1 hour. Will obviously knew what he was doing and took pride in his work. All done at a fair price with no sales pressure. I would highly recommend.

A co-worker recommend Precision. Old door spring broke and car was trapped in the garage. Called Precision at 2pm and repairs, including some upgrades such as center reinforcement, new pulleys and nylon rollers, complete by 7pm same day - Sunday! Daren Denton was friendly and identified an issue with my door that he was able to easily correct that saved me a potential future panel replacement. I will be calling Precision soon for an upgrade on my second door’s hardware as well as belt drive door openers.

Great service! I really appreciated the text message letting me know Nathan was on the way. Nathan was professional, fast and had me set up with a new opener and keypad in less than 20 minutes. He applied a lubricant to my springs and hinges and this greatly reduced the noise from my door.

Will was professional, but the price of the part is unreasonably high - - I looked it up on the internet and the same garage door opener (LM 8355 W LiftMaster Belt drive opener) would cost around $200; I was charge $465!!! I got your phone number from my online community. I would write a review and tell my friends that you guys are way too expensive.

This was a maintenance call since I had not had maintenance performed on door since 2015. From the groans it made as it closed I knew I had neglected the door too long. The man was polite and worked quickly and I received a welcome surprise when presented my invoice. I had originally told a service call would be $85.00. I was pleasantly surprised when it was only $39.00. My door now opens and closes with no groans to be heard.
