I was very pleased with the ease and quickness of the entire operation. I called early on sunday morning (nothing like a late night breakage...) and had a technician at my house in just a few hours. He was very polite, gave me informed options from a simple repair to preventive maintenance and did the job quickly and professionally. Definitely will use again (if needed!)

I could not get an answer at the local garage door shop so I called precision. I got an answer right away and they offered to send someone out within a few hours but I had them come the next day which was a Saturday! Francis was the technician and he had a new garage door opener installed in less than two hours. He also connected the garage door opener to the car. I am very satisfied with this company and their staff.

Will and his team arrived on time. Assessed the the unit. Then gave us three options and explained all options and gave us time to select the best for out needs. He had the unit with him. Hello and thanks for helping me on current issues with my garage door opening needs. I was very impressed with the technician Will. He was able to review the current setup and diagnose the issue within just a few minutes. No heavy pressure to purchase anything or a replacement opener. His knowledge of the issues, I felt comfortable to decide to replace the opener rather than fix the older one. Was also nice that Will had a replacement in his truck so I did not have to be bothered with ordering and re-scheduling another service. I give my experience a 5 star rating

While reading reviews from garage door service providers for my region I was pretty confident that Precision would be the ideal company for ke to do business with, and I wasn't disappointed. The technician came on scheduled time, after the courtesy call telling me he was on his way. Presented himself in a professional way and was very skilled on performing the task at hand. He explained to me the options I had for the service and/or upgrades. Did a great job and I am very happy with the result. When I realized the spring on my garage door was broken, around 6:45 a.m. I made a telephone call to Precision and to my surprise I was met with a warm and welcoming reception from a woman whom I later learned is the sister of the company's owner. She was amazingly nice, knowledgeable, professional--and most of all helpful! Less than two hours later, this company receptionist had sent me what must have been one of her nicest and most talented technicians, Anthony Cowden, who took care of my problem quickly and competently, and at a very reasonable price. Going forward I would never consider any company other than Precision for my garage door needs and will recommend this company to others as I have opportunity. I recently needed a couple of remote openers for my garage door. Being new to the area I first called a local garage door company (their name was on a sticker on the garage door.). I called 3 times, always getting an answering machine. I left 3 messages but did not get any return calls. So I called Precision and talked to a person and not a machine. They were able to send someone out that day, as a matter of fact they arrived within the hour. The tech, Anthony, checked the hinges and other mechanical workings of the door. He found two broken hinges which he replaced as well as programmed the 2 new remotes to my door. I was very pleased with the prompt service and will be sure to call Precision in the future if I have any problems with my garage door.
