Precision has fixed problems before with our garage door and the service has always been fast, friendly and professional. This particular problem turned out to be one that we had inadvertently created by placing something in front of the sensor so the door wouldn't operate. Roger, the technician didn't even charge us for a service call! Whenever we need service, we'll always call Precision.

I just wanted to say thank you for the good service i got today from Roger. I Have had a problem all winter with my remote but when he was here it worked fine! He was very nice about it and helpful about questions I asked. And, a big help to me when he said he would not charge for a service call. This means i will recommend your business to everyone I know and will definitely call when I need the new springs that Roger said i will need soon!

I had a new garage door installed in May. From the initial discussion to the completion of the installation, Patrick was always prompt and true to his word. He listened to our requirements and provided knowlegable recommendations on a garage door solution.
