The spring on our garage door snapped yesterday evening. Precision came early the next day and gave me multiple repair options with zero pressure. We ended up replacing the springs, cables, and rollers. The door now opens extremely quietly and smoothly, and we're extremely happy at the fantastic friendly service and reasonable prices. We phoned Monday afternoon, a holiday, to see about getting our garage door fixed as the tension spring had broken over the weekend. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to come first thing in the morning. James arrived timely and I was amazed at how quickly he completed the job.
