It was just a routine repair that I had planned on doing myself. Steve delivered the part I ordered and when I asked if it was difficult to do myself he said "Not with 2 people. Want some help?". Just like that Steve gets his tools and starts without another word... In 10 minutes we're done and he begins to inspect our aging opener. He never tries to sell us a new one but notices the bottom of the door doesn't align. It never did... but Steve gets to work and meticulously gets the door better aligned than it had ever been. Never asked for a dollar. That's precision... That's our new Garage Door Company.

Called on Saturday and had a professional from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service over on Sunday to evaluate my problem. Once decided, I had the option on how to proceed and had an appointment the next day. The employee was there at the time that was set and the installation was quick.

When my garage door got out of alignment and wouldn’t open, I called the same people who installed a new garage door opener for me a couple of years ago-Precision Garage Doors. They sent Will who was friendly but very professional. He explained what problems he saw and gave me several options, along with recommendation. He did the job quickly and very well. My great experience first started with the service call. The receptionist was absolutely kind and felt my panic mode (lol). She thoroughly explained the earliest a Tech could get to me and who would be coming and that he would call before coming. To my surprise, the Tech phoned minutes later and said he could get to me in approximately 25 minutes. Before I knew it, my door was up and going. Thank U again Nathan. He was so nice and professional despite the freezing temps.

I had garage door trouble and got a same day service call. Overall, it went fine. The service Call identified the problem and recommended a solution. Things I wish had been better. A competitor installed the broken unit and Precision wouldn’t match it. Overall tech did a good job.
