I called and reported I was having problems with my garage door. The cables had come lose and the door was frozen half open. They responded and showed up at the time scheduled, and the tech was very knowledgeable, polite and was able to repair it and working with in 2 hours.

I called Precision for service on our two old Genie garage door openers, and got an appointment for the next afternoon at 2 o'clock. Fran came out, right on time, and we assessed the problems. I chose to get two new openers and new chain tracks to replace the old screw-drives of our 14 year old openers. Fran scheduled me in immediately, 8 o'clock the next morning! By 11 o'clock the next day, I had two new garage door opener motors and chain drives working smooth as butter! We did not have to change garage doors or garage door tracks, either. I would recommend Precision to anyone without reservation!

The installer came but I had to have a new opener. I do not have your standard size doors. So they had to order and should be here on Monday. He said they would call as soon as they got in and would come and install. Very nice man Fran Desmond was the service tech.

I was very pleased with the ease and quickness of the entire operation. I called early on sunday morning (nothing like a late night breakage...) and had a technician at my house in just a few hours. He was very polite, gave me informed options from a simple repair to preventive maintenance and did the job quickly and professionally. Definitely will use again (if needed!)

I could not get an answer at the local garage door shop so I called precision. I got an answer right away and they offered to send someone out within a few hours but I had them come the next day which was a Saturday! Francis was the technician and he had a new garage door opener installed in less than two hours. He also connected the garage door opener to the car. I am very satisfied with this company and their staff.

Hello and thanks for helping me on current issues with my garage door opening needs. I was very impressed with the technician Will. He was able to review the current setup and diagnose the issue within just a few minutes. No heavy pressure to purchase anything or a replacement opener. His knowledge of the issues, I felt comfortable to decide to replace the opener rather than fix the older one. Was also nice that Will had a replacement in his truck so I did not have to be bothered with ordering and re-scheduling another service. I give my experience a 5 star rating

While reading reviews from garage door service providers for my region I was pretty confident that Precision would be the ideal company for ke to do business with, and I wasn't disappointed. The technician came on scheduled time, after the courtesy call telling me he was on his way. Presented himself in a professional way and was very skilled on performing the task at hand. He explained to me the options I had for the service and/or upgrades. Did a great job and I am very happy with the result.
