Great service! I really appreciated the text message letting me know Nathan was on the way. Nathan was professional, fast and had me set up with a new opener and keypad in less than 20 minutes. He applied a lubricant to my springs and hinges and this greatly reduced the noise from my door.

Will was professional, but the price of the part is unreasonably high - - I looked it up on the internet and the same garage door opener (LM 8355 W LiftMaster Belt drive opener) would cost around $200; I was charge $465!!! I got your phone number from my online community. I would write a review and tell my friends that you guys are way too expensive.

This was a maintenance call since I had not had maintenance performed on door since 2015. From the groans it made as it closed I knew I had neglected the door too long. The man was polite and worked quickly and I received a welcome surprise when presented my invoice. I had originally told a service call would be $85.00. I was pleasantly surprised when it was only $39.00. My door now opens and closes with no groans to be heard.

Garage door installation (a few years ago) was performed by an excellent installer. Could not be more pleased. Today I had a repair call to replace one of my vertical track pieces and to service both garage doors. Fran Desmond performed service. Very courteous and performed needed service professionally. I was extremely happy with the service I received from Precision. The two gentlemen who came were very professional and personable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately went about making the needed repair. In the process, they found an extra garage door remote that I never knew existed and put a battery in it for me, leaving me with an extra remote. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company.

A storm was moving in when my garage door broke, the base for the springs stripped from the wall. Because my door and opener were on warranty with Precision, I was immediately given a window for repair--and the door was working again before bedtime. The repair guy, Fran, was so helpful and friendly. He not only fixed the problem, but also did some additional troubleshooting and maintenance. Great service!
