This is an epitome of good customer service. I received a confirmation in my email immediately after I spoke to the representative over the phone. They promised they will arrive tomorrow morning between 10 and noon which they did. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. The rates were reasonable and we were very pleased with the outcome. We would recommend this company to anybody that needs a garage door service.

Love my new garage door. It was the easiest process I have had on having something installed. From the moment Steve came to give me a bid for the door to the installation itself. Everybody so accommodating. The installation crew was on time and they completed the install exactly as they said it would be done. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone that would be purchasing a new door.

Called on Saturday and had a professional from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service over on Sunday to evaluate my problem. Once decided, I had the option on how to proceed and had an appointment the next day. The employee was there at the time that was set and the installation was quick.

When my garage door got out of alignment and wouldn’t open, I called the same people who installed a new garage door opener for me a couple of years ago-Precision Garage Doors. They sent Will who was friendly but very professional. He explained what problems he saw and gave me several options, along with recommendation. He did the job quickly and very well. I definitely recommend them.
