Got same day service for a my door opener that was not working. The technician (Will) showed up well within the 2hr appointment window. I was contacted in advance to confirm exact time he would be there. He was courteous and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. All in all, a great experience.

Called Saturday , had a technician out first thing Monday morning as promised. Will the technician was very friendly and efficient. He installed a new opener, and programed the remotes in about 1 hour. Will obviously knew what he was doing and took pride in his work. All done at a fair price with no sales pressure. Will was professional, but the price of the part is unreasonably high - - I looked it up on the internet and the same garage door opener (LM 8355 W LiftMaster Belt drive opener) would cost around $200; I was charge $465!!! I got your phone number from my online community. I would write a review and tell my friends that you guys are way too expensive.

This was a maintenance call since I had not had maintenance performed on door since 2015. From the groans it made as it closed I knew I had neglected the door too long. The man was polite and worked quickly and I received a welcome surprise when presented my invoice. I had originally told a service call would be $85.00. I was pleasantly surprised when it was only $39.00. My door now opens and closes with no groans to be heard.

Hello and thanks for helping me on current issues with my garage door opening needs. I was very impressed with the technician Will. He was able to review the current setup and diagnose the issue within just a few minutes. No heavy pressure to purchase anything or a replacement opener. His knowledge of the issues, I felt comfortable to decide to replace the opener rather than fix the older one. Was also nice that Will had a replacement in his truck so I did not have to be bothered with ordering and re-scheduling another service. I give my experience a 5 star rating
