In addition he fixed the metal rod that was previously installed improperly and stapled the sides of the garage door that were pulling apart. These folks responded the same day I called and were able to fix my opener immediately. Will, the technician, was great. Gave me options for the repairs and told me how much each would cost, He replaced wall pad, key pad, and remote then even reprogrammed both the vehicle openers . Great service and reasonably priced. Came out early Saturday morning. My door was an overhead door and the spring broke. It had a one year Warrenty . Precision gives a 5 year Warrenty.
