The spring on our garage door snapped yesterday evening. Precision came early the next day and gave me multiple repair options with zero pressure. We ended up replacing the springs, cables, and rollers. The door now opens extremely quietly and smoothly, and we're extremely happy at the fantastic friendly service and reasonable prices. We will recommend Precision to everyone we know!

I was very impressed with Precision! Will, our technician, was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He was unable to fix the problem upon the initial visit due to our system being outdated, but fit us into his busy schedule the next day. The whole process was quick and easy! My technician, Will, was great! My garage door had quit working completely, and I was afraid I was looking at a major expense to fix it. Very personable technician. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it with recommendations and in short order... The door works better than before I broke it. I asked him for a business card, he had none, but did allow him to put your sticker on the door in case I need this excellent service in the future.

My first contact was months ago with Theresa. Our old garage door was falling apart. I called three garage door companies and went with Precision. Because of my initial contact with Theresa I felt comfortable that Precision would take good care of us - and they did! The door was ordered and installed in the exact time frame they stated, no funny business to make you worry. Fast forward several months, our old garage door opener was acting up. I again called Theresa and Will was out the same day and got the old opener up and running. Will was a wonderful guy, polite, professional, and very pleasant. At some point we will have to replace the old opener and there will be no hesitation on our part to have Precision take care of us. Good family run business you can trust.

Will was very professional, calling while en-route. After selecting my new opener Will went to work on a very hot day installing my new Lift Master, he also replaced the door seal. The function of this new opener is quite and smooth. Great job Will.

We were thankful that our son-in-law had recently used Precision for a problem that they were having with a garage door. They were pleased with the service and so when we were putting in garage door openers, we contacted Precision. Their technician, Will, was prompt and so very friendly as he expertly did his job. We are absolutely 100% satisfied with the product, the service, and the price. Precision was professional and also personal in their dealings with us.
