Ray was our technician. He is a delightful guy and he did a great job for us. He was very thorough in explaining what was needed to resolve our issues and as a bonus he gave me some important tips about how to extend the life of our openers with periodic maintenance I can do myself. He also adjusted the tension on our spring to insure the door he repaired and the opener are in proper balance which will also extend the life of the opener. For all he did I also felt the price was very reasonable. He was on time and very efficient. Both of my door openers needed replaced , they were 27 years old. Isaac came yesterday to see the problem and arrived today at the time he said he would with all materials needed. Super nice guy! They are so nice/friendly and very responsive. I have used them several times. Each time very professional. They call and text when the driver is on the way.
