Our garage door spring broke the night before. I had seen the advertisement on TV about same day repair (with all parts stocked on their van) from Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment the next day through their on-line portal. Really easy to schedule. I received a text confirmation and follow-up texts the next day even included a picture of the technician. Isaac Smoot arrived on time and provided several options/estimates. He did a great job and it took less than 2 hours to repair, replace (springs, rollers and cables) and clean up. The equipment on the garage door was probably over 30 years old. I appreciate the 10-yr. warranty. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any repairs.
