On Sunday5/24/2026 we texted Precision Garage Door and they responded back with having someone coming out on Monday 5/25/202. When Justin Byers arrived, he was very professional and very knowledgeable about his work. He did an amazing job and was right on everything he did. Thanks for the work done.

Justin was absolutely amazing. He showed up earlier than scheduled and was very courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the entire visit. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of properly. My only concern was that the repair itself seemed a bit pricey, although I’m not very familiar with the standard costs for this type of work.

Kasey and the other younger guy were very nice, respectful, and worked efficiently. That's rare these days. Thank you for replacing the bottom panel for me. They even helped me set the door up with my phone!!

Excellent customer service and quality products. My garage door open crashed out last night and they were there in the morning installing the new one! Couldn't be happier with experience. Highly recommend checking them out!

I chose Precision because I have used them before and they have always been friendly, professional, courteous and the cost has been very reasonable. Again, I am able to say all those qualities were evident as their technician (Justin) arrived, on time with plenty of advance notice. Justin diagnosed the problem, took care of it efficiently and even took the time to show me how to fix any similar issues myself (without needing to call). I appreciated his pleasant, optimistic attitude and prompt attention to the issue. I keep Precision's number handy for any future difficulties.

Dylan and his associate were very friendly and very helpful in explaining the options for repairing my garage door problem. Since I am a senior female, I really appreciate the time and effort they took to explain in detail what each option entailed and what they suggested needed to be done. They answered my all my questions with a great deal of patience.

From the sale tech. (Issac Smoot) to the installer the service and work done was satisfactory. Mr. Smoot was well informed and answered all my questions. The installers were professional and efficient. The installers cleaned up after installation and hauled away the old door and parts. Everything was completed timely and to my satisfaction.

Daren and his assistant stopped by after hours, about 6p and analyzed my garage door problems. Gave me a choice of two options to correct the issues. Luckily they were equipped with all needed parts and materials on their truck. Explained everything in detail and were finished in about 45 minutes.

Precision Door (PC) has installed two garage doors at our home and are always efficient, courteous, professional, and willing to solve issues if they arise. Recently there was a problem getting panels delivered to their warehouse from the supplier. Due to the inconvenience, we were given a nice discount, which was appreciated. The doors are beautiful, work really well, and PD also services them when called to do so. We wouldn’t use any other garage door company. Thanks for everything! Deborah D.

They showed up right when we needed them, and they were friendly, kind, and professional. They were extremely thorough throughout the entire process, and took the time to explain things clearly, give examples, and talk through all of the options and related costs. The work was well done, quick, and clean. I have nothing negative to say about the entire experience, and I would not hesitate to have them back again for future work or to recommend them to people I know.

Great service and timely, same-day response to my call when I was no longer able to move the garage door. The whole spring system was replaced in short order. If you need a garage upgrade, these are your people. They handled my full install (door, opener, and hardware) and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Our tech, Casey, was a total pro—fast, nice, and dropped some serious knowledge. I'm definitely leaving the heavy lifting to the experts, but I feel like a garage door pro now. My neighbors are going to be jealous of this setup!

My torsion spring snapped, and I figured it would take days to get it fixed. I wasn't able to call till after work (about 4 pm) and the work was completed by 7 pm that evening. I was very pleased with the quick service, and I felt the price quoted was fair. I went ahead and had the technician replace some additional parts (cables, etc.). Christian was very courteous and helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend.

One of our door springs failed and we could not open the garage door. We had an appointment the next morning and needed to get our car out. We called at around 2PM and a technician was out by 4:30. He inspected the door, gave us a couple estimates and then proceeded to replace the springs and get the door operating smoothly. This was a great response and great service by Precision and the technician Christian

To be honest, I chose Precision Garage Door because of the picture of Daren on your website. Daren just had the look of a hard working knowledgeable person and I was right. I called Precision because I needed the gasket replaced on the bottom of my garage door. When Daren and Tito got there they inspected the door and immediately found broken and cracked hinges. the last person that worked on the doors installed springs that were too light weight for the weight of the door. I did not realize it but the door was dangerous to operate and could fail at any time. Since the operator was 20 plus years old I had them replace that also. Daren and Tito also helped me throw some carpet and pad into a dumpster that was in the way of getting to the opener. they worked very hard and were quick to get the job finished. Tito wrote out a detailed instructions on how to set the opening code for the keypad for me, which was very helpful. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door and ask for Daren and Tito. You'll be glad you did.

We had an outstanding service call from Dylan with Precision Garage Door. Next day service, very professional and friendly. Details of work that needed to be done and costs involved explained thoroughly. Really like that they give you a choice of three levels of service. Work performed in a speedy manner. Would definitely use Precision again.
