We chose Precision because we walk in our neighborhood and met an employee working on another home. The employee was extremely nice and we immediately called for an estimate. They were at our home within 24 hrs. We were pleased with the estimate and ordered a new door. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional. On time, follow up calls, and updates were excellent. We love the product. Exceptional quality. He even offered a discount for a new motor. We accepted that as well.
