I was insulted by how much this company charges for extention cables purchased from Lowe's. The technician did not have the cables my garage used and ran to my local Lowe's to purchase. I checked their website after receiving the itemized invoice from your company and the mark up was astounding! $90 for cables that run as low as $9 and as high as $31???? The labor wasn't very long but and my technician Justin was very personable and knowledgeable. However I cannot recommend this company knowing how they over charge for parts picked up at a local hardware store.

What an amazing experience! Blake was super helpful in coming out to assess my garage door and explain options. He was incredibly personable, professional and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of - very patient. I can't say enough about Blake. Whenever I called Precision Door - a REAL person always answered the phone and offered superior customer service. Justin was equally as impressive - he showed up on time, got right to work and did a fabulous job installing my new garage door motor/rails. WOW - was he focused on customer service - incredibly friendly and a VERY hard worker. The spring broke on my garage door. When reviewing with Justin Byers, we chose to do the double door torsion overhaul which included 2 Torsion springs, set of lift drums, center and end bearings, lift cables, and new rollers. We also added a new button seal and retainer for seal. Justin worked diligently to do the overhaul as efficiently, carefully, and completely as possible. He was thorough, and did quality work and explained what he was doing as he worked. Thank you Justin and Precision Door for the quality repairs.
