We were heading out of town when the spring broke on the garage. We called several companies who could come and continue next day. Precision was will to come that day. The time slot was between 4-6. Isaac pulled in at 4:01. He assessed the situation. Gave us the cost and was finished within 30 minutes! Needless to say, I will be using Precision again.

Outstanding Service - came out to the house previously and provided an estimate/quote for total replacement of the garage door and trim. Ultimately scheduled a date for instalation. Technician (Patrick) arrived on time after a 'on my way' heads up text. Polite, courteous, professional. Excellent results, color perfect, operation extremely quiet and job completed within projected timed frame. Good cleanup afterward. I highly recommend these folks!

Precision was the 2nd company I called to get an estimate. The first company doesn't charge to give you an estimate, but they definitely upcharge and try to sell you packages at ridiculous prices. Ray Clem was the Precision technician that came out. He was very professional and did the repair in less than an hour. He never tried to sell me anything or suggest I replace anything that didn't need to be replaced! I will definitely use Precision for any future repairs. Thanks Ray!
