Daren did a wonderful job with installing our new garage door opener. Works fantastic and super quiet. He is Knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I have used Precision in the past as has my other family members and we will keep coming back. We are lucky to have such a great company in Lexington. Recommend them without reservation. Thanks again.

I had an excellent experience with Kasey Jackson from Precision Garage Door Service. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the entire process. Kasey took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was done right the first time. His expertise and professionalism gave me total confidence in the service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Kasey and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need of reliable garage door work!

Exceptional service. The receptionist was informative and personable. The technician that came to my house was very knowledgeable and explained everything after completion of service. He gave me three different quotes on my problem. I would highly recommend!!

they were great from start to finish. I was surprised how reasonable the cost of a new door was including installation. They were prompt and friendly from the estimate to ordering to delivery and installation. Ray did a great job installing the new door and the new opener (which I had purchased prior but had not installed it yet). They did this for a very reasonable additional amount. I can't believe how quiet it is now, it's almost silent. My old one sounded so noisy. Very happy with Precision door of Lexington

Excellent experience from start to finish - got an appointment with very little waiting time, received text messages along the way to confirm appt and an alert was sent when the technician was on his way. Our tech Dylan was superb: he called to confirm his ETA, explained things very well once on-site, was friendly, courteous, and informed me of the costs for repair and maintenance ahead of time once he saw the garage doors. Dylan's skills were amazing in terms of efficiency and making it look easy (which, to the layperson, it was not) and he cleaned everything up before he left. We were completely satisfied with the repairs and maintenance performed and very pleased with the overall experience with Precision and with Dylan. This was our first time working with Precision and will definitely rely on them for future needs. Now in retrospect it's easy to see why there were so many very positive reviews and here I am, adding one more to the list.

I called and you were out here within a day. Also, he examined and repaired and aligned the door. He put a surge protector on the outlet and set each remote. Also the pad, he reset it and save me money by not having to buy a new one. Thank you for being honest.

My husband and I are very pleased with Precision garage door service. We were able to get a same day service appt. Darren was at our home at the appointed time, was most courteous knowledgeable and competent. He had our garage door working again in very short time. We will be calling this company with any future problems. Thank you for your service.

Precision is a group of true professional, from the telephone operator to the technicians. Dylan is a perfectionist. He would not leave until the job (garage door overhaul) was perfect. I appreciate their staff and their work, not to mention the same day service. I would not think of calling another garage door company. And their rates are reasonable. Thank you all.

We used Precision a few years ago to repair our damaged garage door. The great service then prompted us to call again with additional wear and tear damage. Daren Denton was wonderful to work with! Professional and extremely nice. He made repairs, but also took the time to quote and explain different options for a replacement since that will need to happen. Door is currently functioning properly, but we will definitely use Precision in the future. Highly recommend!

I had been referred by a colleague to Precision when my Overhead Door garage door stopped working completely on Friday. My colleague said that Precision was, by far, the better company (because she had also had difficulty with Overhead). A technician couldn't get here until Monday morning first thing (another indicator of how good Precision is -- they are busy!). The scheduler couldn't have been nice and more empathic with my situation. She got me in with Dylan Davis, who couldn't have been professional, efficient, and kind. The garage door is now working gloriously! It's so quiet! I am very impressed and will be referring others to Precision moving forward!

My garage door got knocked off its track on Saturday of the 4th of July weekend at 3:00. Precision was able to get to my house and fix my door by 6:00 that same night. It was a life saver because we were leaving for vacation early the next morning. Thank you Precision!!

I appreciate having several options to work around my schedule, including Saturday afternoon availability at no extra charge. Christian Brown did a great job explaining and showing me what was wrong. The different options I had and the cost free to them. He was efficient, got it done correctly and made sure I was happy. Couldn’t ask for better service.

I called Precision for service on our 32 year old opener. When it refused to work on 6/30/25, I investigated and found the sprocket had detached from the motor spindle. An appoint was set for the next morning. Justin Byers called me ahead of time to tell m he would be there. That was preceded by a text with his name and photo. It turned out that my opener was not repairable - not surprising for a 32 year old unit. He offered to sell me a new unit and went over the options he suggested. He had the unit on his truck and it was fully installed in 2 hours. I am very please. I cannot say enough good things about Justin's work and professionalism. The most important things to me in selecting Precision was reading the multiple reviews. I would certainly use them again.

Dylan was knowledgeable. He pointed out bearings that are worn out along with other parts and equipment. We had called for replacement of springs and bottom garage door seal. Now we have a complete new garage door system with a 10 year warranty. This system is unbelievably quiet. Dylan made sure we knew how to use everything before he left. Very nice young man.

I recently purchased 2 new garage doors and openers from Precision Garage Door Service. Dillon, the sales associate, was very helpful and answered all my questions. I was notified after a short period for an appointment to install the new doors and openers. The install tech, Ray Clem, called the morning of the install date and confirmed his arrival time. The knowledge and the skills of Ray during the installation were exceptional. From start to finish, the process could not have been better. Thank You again for the excellent service.

Justin was extremely friendly and professional. Excellent job and provided additional knowledge when it comes to garage doors which I was very appreciative. Provided multiple options for repairs or replacements to choose while not pushing any agenda on any of the options. Will use Precision again and if asked by those seeking garage door assistance, will reference Precision as a good choice.
