I am extremely happy with Precision! I called them late in the day and explained the problem with my garage door opener. They sent a technician, Andrew, to my house and repaired the opener within the hour! Since it was late on Friday I wasn’t expecting to have it repaired until next week much less within the hour! Andrew was very professional, polite and friendly. He replaced the sensors on the opener rather than suggesting I get a complete new opener. I appreciate that since money is a factor.
