I had used Precision to repair some shop doors at my farm about a year ago. I was pleased with their service. They came made the repairs in a timely manner. They were very polite and professional. That's why I called them a couple days ago when I needed a new motor for my garage door at home. I got the same good service from Steve. He showed up in a timely manner, installed the motor, programmed the remotes, no muss, no fuss. I will call again if there's a need.

I thought my 14 foot high garage door was done for. Steve came and fixed it. Needed new hinges and rollers. Door was a mess but it was fixed and works like new. I never had a remote opener but Steve provided me with one. We were always told when you would be here for the repairs. That was very reassuring for us. When searching for garage service, I felt Precision’s website was the most informative and I liked having the options of 24/7 service if needed. When I called, the representative was prompt and knowledgeable in getting my service scheduled. Darren and Doug arrived on the early side of the timeframe I was given on the phone (which I greatly appreciated), and they quickly diagnosed the issue. Better than I could have wanted. Called for suddenly broken spring. Michael was able to come on the same day, fixed the spring, made adjustments and repairs so that the door closed tighter and quieter than it had before, and gave recommendations on maintaining to prevent future problems. No hesitation to call again if I have issues.
