I had seen on Facebook where many people had used Precision Door Service and were very satisfied with their service. I was getting ready to go shopping and we realized we had a broken garage door spring. I realized it was Veterans Day, but called anyway. The technician, Isaac came out quickly replaced both springs. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable of what he was doing. The cost was very reasonable. We certainly appreciate our service from Precision Door Service.

Hello I called Precision Door in hopes of repairing my basement garage door. Blake Angel was the tech they sent out on the same day I called. Before Blake showed up he sent me a text with his name and picture so I would know what he looked like. Which I very much appreciate. Blake was very courteous and knowledgeable of all that I needed to do to fix the problem we were having. So he sent me an estimate and we will be having precision door replace the garage door and adding an opener for easier access. And to seal the door better to keep air out. I will be having the garage door installed after my basement drywall has been installed. So I will be more than happy to leave another review when the job is totally complete. Our garage door spring broke the night before. I had seen the advertisement on TV about same day repair (with all parts stocked on their van) from Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment the next day through their on-line portal. Really easy to schedule. I received a text confirmation and follow-up texts the next day even included a picture of the technician. Isaac Smoot arrived on time and provided several options/estimates. He did a great job and it took less than 2 hours to repair, replace (springs, rollers and cables) and clean up. The equipment on the garage door was probably over 30 years old. I appreciate the 10-yr. warranty. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any repairs.
