I thought my 14 foot high garage door was done for. Steve came and fixed it. Needed new hinges and rollers. Door was a mess but it was fixed and works like new. I never had a remote opener but Steve provided me with one. We were always told when you would be here for the repairs. That was very reassuring for us. When searching for garage service, I felt Precision’s website was the most informative and I liked having the options of 24/7 service if needed. When I called, the representative was prompt and knowledgeable in getting my service scheduled. Darren and Doug arrived on the early side of the timeframe I was given on the phone (which I greatly appreciated), and they quickly diagnosed the issue. Darren presented my options and I decided to have a new opener installed. They had everything needed in the truck and were able to install it within an hour.
