We love our new garage doors. We received excellent service and product from precision. We'd definitely recommend them. Also, they were cheaper than cloplay doors we priced at home depot, and offered a superior product! Patrick was very knowledgeable and took great care of us.

I like the new door and jack shaft operator, it's quick and quite. I was happy with the price and it was very competitive and I felt a better value then the other quotes I received. The guys that installed it were knowledgeable, friendly and I had confidence in their abilities to install the door correctly. My only complaint would be in the finish work. When they were removing the old door they put a 6" dent and scratch in the flashing around the door and didn't address fixing it. When I asked if they were going to fix it my answer was "we don't have paint to match it". I was very happy with the job up until this point. I had taken the time to remove the flashing prior to the new door being installed to repairing a sagging header, bowing and dents in the flashing to help with the overall appearance of the house but now although I have a good looking new door I have a large scratch in the frame. Along with that but not as important is they didn't clean the greasy hand prints off the door from the installation or inspect the door and touch up any scratches. These things may be minor but they are the difference between an ok job and a great job, which can make all the difference in todays competitive market.

Had used to fix a door many years ago and when the door got damaged again I called them to see if they could fix it this time. Unfortunately they could not fix it since it was so damaged. I inquired with them about a replacement and its cost. They ordered the door we wanted and when it arrives was out to put up the new door and hardware. Roger was great in installation and was very customer oriented. We were very eased with the whole process and would recommend PDS to anyone!

Precision has fixed problems before with our garage door and the service has always been fast, friendly and professional. This particular problem turned out to be one that we had inadvertently created by placing something in front of the sensor so the door wouldn't operate. Roger, the technician didn't even charge us for a service call! Whenever we need service, we'll always call Precision.

I just wanted to say thank you for the good service i got today from Roger. I Have had a problem all winter with my remote but when he was here it worked fine! He was very nice about it and helpful about questions I asked. And, a big help to me when he said he would not charge for a service call. This means i will recommend your business to everyone I know and will definitely call when I need the new springs that Roger said i will need soon!
