Technician John Maley was extremely professional and thorough. He installed a new opener and explained the features in about an hour. Very personable technician. Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it with recommendations and in short order... The door works better than before I broke it. I asked him for a business card, he had none, but did allow him to put your sticker on the door in case I need this excellent service in the future.

My first contact was months ago with Theresa. Our old garage door was falling apart. I called three garage door companies and went with Precision. Because of my initial contact with Theresa I felt comfortable that Precision would take good care of us - and they did! The door was ordered and installed in the exact time frame they stated, no funny business to make you worry. Fast forward several months, our old garage door opener was acting up. I again called Theresa and Will was out the same day and got the old opener up and running. Will was a wonderful guy, polite, professional, and very pleasant. At some point we will have to replace the old opener and there will be no hesitation on our part to have Precision take care of us. Good family run business you can trust.

Will was very professional, calling while en-route. After selecting my new opener Will went to work on a very hot day installing my new Lift Master, he also replaced the door seal. The function of this new opener is quite and smooth. Great job Will.

I called at 9:30 in the morning and they were there at 3 the same day to fix my door. Will was very nice and did a great job on my door. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.

Called at 11 about a broken spring, and given a ETA of 1-3. Called to tell me he could arrive early if that was OK. Arrived around 12:30. Everything replaced by 1.....on a Sunday!!! I have no complaints on this service and would highly recommend.
