I had a garage door with broken spring on a Sunday morning and Precision came out in about an hour and fixed it and no extra charge for a Sunday service call. Very professional service and a job well done! We are very satisfied!

John Maley came to replace a broken garage door spring. Once it was replaced he found that opening the door with the broken spring had broken the garage door opener so he installed a new opener. Everything works great now. The door opens very quietly. My only complaint is that my 2011 Subaru Outback's homelink does not work with the new opener. Probably true for any new opener. That I will need to get a repeater or just use the remote. Somehow I feel that Liftmaster should have made this easier to find in their information and web site. I finally found the compatibility web site in their user guide but only after spending too much time trying to get it to work. My wife enjoyed working with John.

We'd had issues with our Wayne Dalton garage door, since we purchased our home. Motor was shot this time, so a new one was installed- timely & on a 15 degree Sunday a.m. Sorry we waited to replace- such a difference in quality!
