Found Precision on line and read previous reviews. Sounded good. Set up appointment and Darren fixed wall control panel as requested. Also as extra work installed door weather strip and reconnected loose arm on door. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great job.

Great service! I really appreciated the text message letting me know Nathan was on the way. Nathan was professional, fast and had me set up with a new opener and keypad in less than 20 minutes. He applied a lubricant to my springs and hinges and this greatly reduced the noise from my door.

Will was professional, but the price of the part is unreasonably high - - I looked it up on the internet and the same garage door opener (LM 8355 W LiftMaster Belt drive opener) would cost around $200; I was charge $465!!! I got your phone number from my online community. I would write a review and tell my friends that you guys are way too expensive.

Needed repairs done on two residences on the same day. What I thought would be a simple and inexpensive fix turned out to be 7 unsuccessful attempts by the company I’ve used for years. Called precision just to get it done. With Precision I was right. It was a simple and inexpensive fix. Scheduling was easy. Meeting the tech was easy. Fran fixed both problems easily and efficiently and was a genuine guy. Precision has become my go to. Thanks guys! Buck

This was a maintenance call since I had not had maintenance performed on door since 2015. From the groans it made as it closed I knew I had neglected the door too long. The man was polite and worked quickly and I received a welcome surprise when presented my invoice. I had originally told a service call would be $85.00. I was pleasantly surprised when it was only $39.00. My door now opens and closes with no groans to be heard.

Garage door installation (a few years ago) was performed by an excellent installer. Could not be more pleased. Today I had a repair call to replace one of my vertical track pieces and to service both garage doors. Fran Desmond performed service. Very courteous and performed needed service professionally. Again, could not be more pleased.

The technician (Nathan) who performed the work was professional, personable and he worked very hard the entire time he was here. The work was completed very quickly, using only top-grade replacement parts, and the garage door now functions better than it has since we moved here. "Precision"indeed...

If your looking for quality look no further! From the moment I called and set up the appointment I was told who my service person would be. Then I was sent a photo of Fran, before he headed my way he called to confirm. Upon arrival he was very professional and got right to work. He fixed my door quickly going above a beyond the regular scope of work. The price was what they quoted me on the phone. Precision you have my recommendation. FIVE STARS!

Quick response, reasonable prices, efficient and thorough repair with add’l review of door operation to ensure satisfaction. The technician said, “Isn’t anything we can’t make right. We’ll have it working right before I leave.” That assurance went a long way to making this the company I’ll trust going forward.

I didn’t see an advertisement, but your sticker was on the inside of my garage door. Service was excellent and was completed on the same day that I called. A storm was moving in when my garage door broke, the base for the springs stripped from the wall. Because my door and opener were on warranty with Precision, I was immediately given a window for repair--and the door was working again before bedtime. The repair guy, Fran, was so helpful and friendly. He not only fixed the problem, but also did some additional troubleshooting and maintenance. Great service!
