I am very satisfied with the service I received on my garage doors. Even though I spent more than I had hoped, I have the peace of mind knowing that my doors are warrantied now and that I have someone I can rely upon to fix any problems that might arise in the future. Called Saturday , had a technician out first thing Monday morning as promised. Will the technician was very friendly and efficient. He installed a new opener, and programed the remotes in about 1 hour. Will obviously knew what he was doing and took pride in his work. All done at a fair price with no sales pressure. Great service! I really appreciated the text message letting me know Nathan was on the way. Nathan was professional, fast and had me set up with a new opener and keypad in less than 20 minutes. He applied a lubricant to my springs and hinges and this greatly reduced the noise from my door.

Will was professional, but the price of the part is unreasonably high - - I looked it up on the internet and the same garage door opener (LM 8355 W LiftMaster Belt drive opener) would cost around $200; I was charge $465!!! I got your phone number from my online community. I would write a review and tell my friends that you guys are way too expensive.
