The technician was fine. I believe the problem, which was a very small one, could have been taken care of over the telephone. If I had the opportunity to talk to the technician over the phone, I think it could’ve been solved without a service call. He took a plastic bag and put it inside the stripping at the bottom of the garage door. I don’t think that was worth $85. Maybe next time, try to assess the problem and offer an online solution without a service call.

There was a Precision sticker on door opener. I had a $20 off a new garage door opener but forgot to give it to installer. Do not put my review on web site.

Had a problem with my newly installed door. Nathan came back 2 days later. Worked on the door for an hour, couldn't solve the problem however is coming back in the next day or 2 to hopefully resolve the issue. Can't ask for more hands on service than this. Pleased with precision door and Nathan.

Your price why I chose Precision. Your service and my experience is why I will choose Precision again. You sent a photo in a text of the employee who would arrive. He arrived just a few minutes earlier than your first estimate which was great for me. No fuss but went straight to your knowing exactly what to do. He was fast with no lost actions. Also he is a pleasant conversationalist. You should ensure he stays an employee.

These guys are, HANDS DOWN, the best garage door company in Lexington. I've had a couple issues with my old decrepit garage door and Precision has kept it working well beyond expectation. It's time to get a new one and there was only one place I was going to call!!! Precision's prices are unbeatable and their customer service is second to none. I wish I could give them a SIX STAR rating!!!!

Fran Desmond called to let me know his arrival time as I requested and was on time! So unexpected based on my previous experience with other contractors. Fran was both respectful and courteous. He knows his business and offered me several options for repairing and/or replacing my garage door. Based on his overall professionalism I opted to go all the way with Precision and take care of this door issue once and for all. Almost forgot, it is/was so nice to speak with a real person on the telephone!

I am very satisfied with the service I received on my garage doors. Even though I spent more than I had hoped, I have the peace of mind knowing that my doors are warrantied now and that I have someone I can rely upon to fix any problems that might arise in the future. I was most impressed with the fact that I could get an appointment for the very next day (I called at 10:30pm!). Great service and great communication: I was emailed a picture of the technician who was to come to my house. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who has a garage door issue.
