I had the seal and rollers changed today on my garage door you installed several years ago. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and personable. I got my appointment quickly at a time that worked for me.

We needed help with an old door on our new house that despite passing the home inspector report stopped working in an open position soon after move in. We never had a garage door before and called Precision because of the great ratings online. They did not disappoint as they came the same day And addressed all our concerns with professionalism and clear explanations of the problem. Theresa, who scheduled the visit and Daren our service Tech were very pleasant and great to deal with. I recommend this company highly.

Called Saturday , had a technician out first thing Monday morning as promised. Will the technician was very friendly and efficient. He installed a new opener, and programed the remotes in about 1 hour. Will obviously knew what he was doing and took pride in his work. All done at a fair price with no sales pressure. I would highly recommend.

Found Precision on line and read previous reviews. Sounded good. Set up appointment and Darren fixed wall control panel as requested. Also as extra work installed door weather strip and reconnected loose arm on door. Very polite and knowledgeable. Great job.

Great service! I really appreciated the text message letting me know Nathan was on the way. Nathan was professional, fast and had me set up with a new opener and keypad in less than 20 minutes. He applied a lubricant to my springs and hinges and this greatly reduced the noise from my door.

Will was professional, but the price of the part is unreasonably high - - I looked it up on the internet and the same garage door opener (LM 8355 W LiftMaster Belt drive opener) would cost around $200; I was charge $465!!! I got your phone number from my online community. I would write a review and tell my friends that you guys are way too expensive.

This was a maintenance call since I had not had maintenance performed on door since 2015. From the groans it made as it closed I knew I had neglected the door too long. The man was polite and worked quickly and I received a welcome surprise when presented my invoice. I had originally told a service call would be $85.00. I was pleasantly surprised when it was only $39.00. My door now opens and closes with no groans to be heard.
