This afternoon a tech came out to fix our garage- he was very nice and wore his mask and stayed 6 feet away- he gave us 2 options to fix the problems- the 1st one will not really fix the problem and then the 2nd option required us to replace our key pad and indoor button - the total charge was over $200. Not even 6 hours later our garage door randomly started going up and down. I called around 8pm and spoke with Brian who was not very friendly and basically told me that I could pay for an emergency visit this evening- however I’m not sure why I should have to pay for this when I just paid over $200 to have the door fixed. Brian told me in a not so kind voice that a manager would call me back “if they could help” Our garage door is below our bedroom. We can hear the garage door move every time. Also I don’t think it’s very safe for someone’s garage door to randomly go up and down throughout the night. No one ever called and the garage continued to go up and down. I called back again and Brian in an unkind attitude - he seemed put-off. I said it was continuing to happen and no one had called me to help. He didn’t really seem to care. It continued to happen and I called back again and spoke with a female- unfortunately I did not get her name. She was not very kind and seemed put off by us needing help. She said the first available appointment is Thursday- that is 2 days away. We just had someone here today who supposedly fixed the garage door- it’s not fixed- I would think that a company with good customer service would help us immediately.

Third or fourth time I’ve needed work on my garage door and opener over the years. Met a nice young man, Anthony, on the first visit. He’s new, and did all he could, so had Steve, the owner, come back to finish up. Steve is personable, patient and VERY knowledgeable. And I think their prices are reasonable. We have used Precision door in the past for service and when my garage door would NOT go up this morning, I called and a technician, Darien, was at my house within 2 hours and replaced the springs. He completed the work in a very short time and was very friendly, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend Percision with a 5 star rating.
