This is a great company. I reviewed a few before making a decision. My garage door was fixed the next day. Will was prompt and professional. In addition he fixed the metal rod that was previously installed improperly and stapled the sides of the garage door that were pulling apart. I am very impressed with the professionalism and promptness of this service. Highly recommend!

Garage door spring broke without anyone noticing and the door opener broke out of the Garage Door when activated. Technician arrived on time and immediately correctly assessed the repair requirement and provided an accurate estimate of the cost for the repair. The repair completed within two hours including servicing remaining parts of door and removing all broken parts - leaving a clean garage. Highly recommend this company for Garage Door repair needs.

As the Executive Director of a trade association that refers vendor members to regular members, I'm always evaluating our vendor members so that I can be honest in referring them. When I personally needed a new garage door, I started calling companies for estimates since we do not have a garage door company in our membership. I called three companies and made appointments with all three. Only one showed up when they said they would, and it was Precision Door Service! This company was great to work with! Their sales representative, Blake, was very knowledgeable about their garage doors, and he was able to give us a quote that same day. He was also able to tell us if the door was in stock or not. Blake followed up with us the next day. He wasn't a pushy salesman, but seemed to really want to help us since our old door was falling apart. The owner, Theresa also followed up with us and offered to help us get financing if we needed to go that route. Two installers came out the following day to install our new door! They were also great to work with! I believe their names were Matt and Andrew. Our garage door looks great and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that needs a new door! They have a great team and you can count on what they say their going to do! They are a five star company in my book!

I was scheduled for garage opener repair between 2-4. My tech, Fran, texted me at 1:30 to let me know he was on his way. He is very professional, efficient, and has understandable answers to my questions. I also asked him to check the seal to the door and he had everything he needed to install a new one for me.

Andrew was very helpful! He had just what I needed on his truck and was able to install a new garage door opener. He was able to easily explain the different types of opener and I opted for the "Cadillac" that I can control by app. He did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. He was a pleasure to work with.

Precision was recommended by a relative. Called after 1pm and was still able to get appointment same day. Teresa answered phone and was extremely nice. Tech sent text and called shortly before arriving. Text contained picture of the tech, Andrew, which was appreciated. Was on time, courteous, and took time to explain what was needed and the cost before doing anything. Door needed new springs. Andrew took time to show me basic maintenance of door and how the release handle works. I was very pleased and would be glad to have Andrew as the tech again if needed. Thank you!

I can absolutely give your business a 5 star rating. Every aspect of my contact with Precision Garage Doors was outstanding. Contact with your office was easy and everyone was helpful and polite. The garage doors arrived within the time frame provided at the time of my estimate. I really like the text notifications which include a photo of the tech. who is coming to my home. Will arrived right on time and did a great job on the installation of my garage door. He made sure everything was done correctly and that I was satisfied with the work. I can honestly say that I really can't think of anything you could do better. I will absolutely contact Precision Garage Doors for any future work I need to have done. It was a pleasure dealing with you. GREAT JOB!
