Technician John Maley was extremely professional and thorough. He installed a new opener and explained the features in about an hour. This was our second experience with Precision (previously at our house to replace a broken spring)--will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

My first contact was months ago with Theresa. Our old garage door was falling apart. I called three garage door companies and went with Precision. Because of my initial contact with Theresa I felt comfortable that Precision would take good care of us - and they did! The door was ordered and installed in the exact time frame they stated, no funny business to make you worry. Fast forward several months, our old garage door opener was acting up. I again called Theresa and Will was out the same day and got the old opener up and running. Will was a wonderful guy, polite, professional, and very pleasant. At some point we will have to replace the old opener and there will be no hesitation on our part to have Precision take care of us. Good family run business you can trust.
