Third or fourth time I’ve needed work on my garage door and opener over the years. Met a nice young man, Anthony, on the first visit. He’s new, and did all he could, so had Steve, the owner, come back to finish up. Steve is personable, patient and VERY knowledgeable. And I think their prices are reasonable. We have used Precision door in the past for service and when my garage door would NOT go up this morning, I called and a technician, Darien, was at my house within 2 hours and replaced the springs. I called Precision Door to evaluate the condition of my garage door in the morning and had a technician arrive three hours later, early afternoon. Blake Angel inspected the door and found several problems. He pointed out the several damaged parts and recommended replacing the door completely, to include, a new, quieter DC motor. (Safe operation and quieter open/close were two of my concerns.) The replacement door, motor, and accessories were ordered on the spot with installation arranged. I could not be more pleased with the responsiveness, customer service, product quality, and professional demeanor of the Precision Door company.

I chose Precision because of their 5 star reviews and that they are open for business in case of emergency situations and offer same day service. A good friend also recommended Precision. The technicians were early and went to work right away. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Fran showed me how to work the door opener and explained all the functions and helped set the code for the outside keypad and assisted me with downloading the app for wireless operation also.
