Precision door service technicians have always done a good job for us. We have 25 rentals and they keep the garage doors working. They also usually give us a choice as to do a total repair or just what is needed at the time.

John Maley came to replace a broken garage door spring. Once it was replaced he found that opening the door with the broken spring had broken the garage door opener so he installed a new opener. Everything works great now. The door opens very quietly. My only complaint is that my 2011 Subaru Outback's homelink does not work with the new opener. Probably true for any new opener. That I will need to get a repeater or just use the remote. Somehow I feel that Liftmaster should have made this easier to find in their information and web site. I finally found the compatibility web site in their user guide but only after spending too much time trying to get it to work. My wife enjoyed working with John.

Technician John Maley was extremely professional and thorough. He installed a new opener and explained the features in about an hour. My first contact was months ago with Theresa. Our old garage door was falling apart. I called three garage door companies and went with Precision. Because of my initial contact with Theresa I felt comfortable that Precision would take good care of us - and they did! The door was ordered and installed in the exact time frame they stated, no funny business to make you worry. Fast forward several months, our old garage door opener was acting up. I again called Theresa and Will was out the same day and got the old opener up and running. Will was a wonderful guy, polite, professional, and very pleasant. At some point we will have to replace the old opener and there will be no hesitation on our part to have Precision take care of us. Good family run business you can trust.
