Technician Francis was here today to do a minor repair our 21+ year old garage door. He did a fine job which we appreciated. He was also very helpful in answering my questions about the possible purchase of a new garage door. That resulted in the estimate for the particular door selection we would be interested in. The literature he left me with was also much appreciated. Given the age of our present door, we are very likely going to get a new one. After giving this matter some more thought and possibly considering some additional options, hopefully, I will be back in touch with you all before too long.

We had a warranty service call on our doors installed about 6 months ago. Technician fixed out issue and checked all the connections, tightened bolts and made sure everything was in good working order. Very prompt, efficient, and friendly.

When my garage door broke on a Saturday, I was happy to see that Precision does weekend service calls without charging extra. I was able to schedule an appt for that afternoon and the repairman arrived on time. Since it was the end of the day he had sold out of the door opener I wanted but he fixed the door so I could easily open it manually and put a lock on the inside so I could secure it. He came back on Monday and replaced the door opener in less than the estimated time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and went above and beyond to complete the job thoroughly. I highly recommend them!

In addition he fixed the metal rod that was previously installed improperly and stapled the sides of the garage door that were pulling apart. Garage door spring broke without anyone noticing and the door opener broke out of the Garage Door when activated. Technician arrived on time and immediately correctly assessed the repair requirement and provided an accurate estimate of the cost for the repair. The repair completed within two hours including servicing remaining parts of door and removing all broken parts - leaving a clean garage. Highly recommend this company for Garage Door repair needs.

As the Executive Director of a trade association that refers vendor members to regular members, I'm always evaluating our vendor members so that I can be honest in referring them. When I personally needed a new garage door, I started calling companies for estimates since we do not have a garage door company in our membership. I called three companies and made appointments with all three. Only one showed up when they said they would, and it was Precision Door Service! This company was great to work with! Their sales representative, Blake, was very knowledgeable about their garage doors, and he was able to give us a quote that same day. He was also able to tell us if the door was in stock or not. Blake followed up with us the next day. He wasn't a pushy salesman, but seemed to really want to help us since our old door was falling apart. The owner, Theresa also followed up with us and offered to help us get financing if we needed to go that route. Two installers came out the following day to install our new door! They were also great to work with! I believe their names were Matt and Andrew. Our garage door looks great and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that needs a new door! They have a great team and you can count on what they say their going to do! They are a five star company in my book!

He was able to easily explain the different types of opener and I opted for the "Cadillac" that I can control by app. He did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up.
