He was able to easily explain the different types of opener and I opted for the "Cadillac" that I can control by app. He did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up. Precision was recommended by a relative. Called after 1pm and was still able to get appointment same day. Teresa answered phone and was extremely nice. Tech sent text and called shortly before arriving. Text contained picture of the tech, Andrew, which was appreciated. Was on time, courteous, and took time to explain what was needed and the cost before doing anything. Door needed new springs. Andrew took time to show me basic maintenance of door and how the release handle works. I was very pleased and would be glad to have Andrew as the tech again if needed. Thank you!

Precision Door is a very professional company. They make scheduling commitments and keep their commitments.
