Darren did a nice job for us. He called with arrival time and introduced himself on arrival. He reviewed the problem and recommended a new door opener. He did a good job installing and explaining the operation of the opener. He was professional and stayed aware of safety to us from Covid 19. We were very satisfied with his work. Thank You.

I had a new garage door opener installed that has battery back up. I chose Precision because of their 5 star reviews and that they are open for business in case of emergency situations and offer same day service. A good friend also recommended Precision. The technicians were early and went to work right away. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Fran showed me how to work the door opener and explained all the functions and helped set the code for the outside keypad and assisted me with downloading the app for wireless operation also. Very professional and courteous! Will definitely recommend to others!

Daren was fabulous! Start to finish, he explained every detail. Just what I wanted to add dollar-for-dollar value to my home. The nice color Daren selected really sets off the curb appeal for the home. Best in the business I say!

Today, I had a new garage door installed along with a new opener in a rental house. I have called Precision garage doors several times, at my home and at my 2 rentals. Always professional—-on time, explain the problem and the options and the cost. Clean up after work is completed. I highly recommend.

We’ve used precision in the past and we’re very pleased with quality of service. We were pleased once again today. Precision’s technician, Fran Desmond, was very thorough in examining our garage door as well as concise in explaining our options for repair. We will continue to use your service for our garage door repairs.

The technician was fine. I believe the problem, which was a very small one, could have been taken care of over the telephone. If I had the opportunity to talk to the technician over the phone, I think it could’ve been solved without a service call. He took a plastic bag and put it inside the stripping at the bottom of the garage door. I don’t think that was worth $85. Maybe next time, try to assess the problem and offer an online solution without a service call.

There was a Precision sticker on door opener. I had a $20 off a new garage door opener but forgot to give it to installer. Do not put my review on web site.

Had a problem with my newly installed door. Nathan came back 2 days later. Worked on the door for an hour, couldn't solve the problem however is coming back in the next day or 2 to hopefully resolve the issue. Can't ask for more hands on service than this. Pleased with precision door and Nathan.

Your price why I chose Precision. Your service and my experience is why I will choose Precision again. You sent a photo in a text of the employee who would arrive. He arrived just a few minutes earlier than your first estimate which was great for me. No fuss but went straight to your knowing exactly what to do. He was fast with no lost actions. Also he is a pleasant conversationalist. You should ensure he stays an employee.

I researched several local companies carefully. Some wanted me to do their work for them to identify my options of their products for what I should have. Only this company seemed to understand the desire for full quality with well thought out details and finishes. The installation has been very professional and the end result is excellent.
