Jason did a great job solving the problem with my outside controlling device for opening and closing. There was a metal strip blocking the wireless signal so he ran a wire outside the door. Works well now. Very courteous and knowledgeable!

We called in the evening and the employee Andrew was able to come the next morning. He was very professional and prompt in installing a new garage door opener. He made sure to help us install the app and make sure everything was working as it should. We were very impressed with this company and Andrew as an employee. I will also say that we called multiple companies about purchasing and installing the new opener and Precision had the best price plus they had great service.
