After watching a TV commercial, we decided to give Precision Door Service a call and ask for a quote to replace our broken garage door. The salesperson that came to see us (Blake) was very knowledgeable and explained our options in detail. He followed the visit with a prompt written quote. We compared this quote with two other we received from other companies. We decided to go with Precision, initially just because of their price, but after having the door installed by Andrew, we were very happy to see that their high level of customer service and professionalism exceeded our expectations. We definitely made the right choice. Thank you, Precision Door Service.

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Service because it was a Liftmaster dealer and our garage opener has a Liftmaster opener. We also chose it because it was a local business with good web ratings. We were pleased at how easy it was to schedule an appointment online, and we were able to schedule the repair for the next day. Isaac repaired our garage door for us. He was on time, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. We had a great repair experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Services!

We were having issues with our garage door, so I called Precision Door of Lexington this morning. They told me a tech would be out today between 12-2. Tech Isaac Smoot called me at 12:30 to let me know he’d arrive at my house around 1pm. He showed up on time, reviewed our door, and proposed some options for repair. We ended up repairing everything it needed, and Isaac completed all the work efficiently without any issues. He showed me how it was running smoothly before he left our house. I would highly recommend PDS Lex and Isaac to anyone! This is the second time we have used them, and have been pleased both times.

On June 21, 2023 (Wednesday) I had a technician come to check the noise in my garage door when the door goes coming up & down. Nice guy: he oil & Lubed all hinges. but today (Saturday) I still have the same problem! To me is sounds like the panels are 'bumping' together, as the door goes up & down. I thought the total lube job would fix the problem, but no, it is in the panels. Please let me know what can be done. Phone #859-971-0461. Sorry to give only 1 star, but my garage door is not fixed.
