This is a great company. I reviewed a few before making a decision. My garage door was fixed the next day. Will was prompt and professional. In addition he fixed the metal rod that was previously installed improperly and stapled the sides of the garage door that were pulling apart. Garage door spring broke without anyone noticing and the door opener broke out of the Garage Door when activated. Technician arrived on time and immediately correctly assessed the repair requirement and provided an accurate estimate of the cost for the repair. The repair completed within two hours including servicing remaining parts of door and removing all broken parts - leaving a clean garage. Highly recommend this company for Garage Door repair needs.

As the Executive Director of a trade association that refers vendor members to regular members, I'm always evaluating our vendor members so that I can be honest in referring them. When I personally needed a new garage door, I started calling companies for estimates since we do not have a garage door company in our membership. I called three companies and made appointments with all three. Only one showed up when they said they would, and it was Precision Door Service! This company was great to work with! Their sales representative, Blake, was very knowledgeable about their garage doors, and he was able to give us a quote that same day. He was also able to tell us if the door was in stock or not. Blake followed up with us the next day. He wasn't a pushy salesman, but seemed to really want to help us since our old door was falling apart. The owner, Theresa also followed up with us and offered to help us get financing if we needed to go that route. Two installers came out the following day to install our new door! They were also great to work with! I believe their names were Matt and Andrew. Our garage door looks great and we couldn't be happier! I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that needs a new door! They have a great team and you can count on what they say their going to do! They are a five star company in my book!

Precision was recommended by a relative. Called after 1pm and was still able to get appointment same day. Teresa answered phone and was extremely nice. Tech sent text and called shortly before arriving. Text contained picture of the tech, Andrew, which was appreciated. Was on time, courteous, and took time to explain what was needed and the cost before doing anything. Door needed new springs.
