Tech sent text and called shortly before arriving. Text contained picture of the tech, Andrew, which was appreciated. Was on time, courteous, and took time to explain what was needed and the cost before doing anything. Door needed new springs. Andrew took time to show me basic maintenance of door and how the release handle works. I was very pleased and would be glad to have Andrew as the tech again if needed. Thank you!
