Fran Desmond called to let me know his arrival time as I requested and was on time! So unexpected based on my previous experience with other contractors. Fran was both respectful and courteous. He knows his business and offered me several options for repairing and/or replacing my garage door. Based on his overall professionalism I opted to go all the way with Precision and take care of this door issue once and for all. I am very satisfied with the service I received on my garage doors. Even though I spent more than I had hoped, I have the peace of mind knowing that my doors are warrantied now and that I have someone I can rely upon to fix any problems that might arise in the future. Got same day service for a my door opener that was not working. The technician (Will) showed up well within the 2hr appointment window. I was contacted in advance to confirm exact time he would be there. He was courteous and professional. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in about an hour. All in all, a great experience.

Called Saturday , had a technician out first thing Monday morning as promised. Will the technician was very friendly and efficient. He installed a new opener, and programed the remotes in about 1 hour. Will obviously knew what he was doing and took pride in his work. All done at a fair price with no sales pressure. Great service! I really appreciated the text message letting me know Nathan was on the way. Nathan was professional, fast and had me set up with a new opener and keypad in less than 20 minutes. He applied a lubricant to my springs and hinges and this greatly reduced the noise from my door.

Will was professional, but the price of the part is unreasonably high - - I looked it up on the internet and the same garage door opener (LM 8355 W LiftMaster Belt drive opener) would cost around $200; I was charge $465!!! I got your phone number from my online community. I would write a review and tell my friends that you guys are way too expensive.
