We were thankful that our son-in-law had recently used Precision for a problem that they were having with a garage door. They were pleased with the service and so when we were putting in garage door openers, we contacted Precision. Their technician, Will, was prompt and so very friendly as he expertly did his job. We are absolutely 100% satisfied with the product, the service, and the price. Precision was professional and also personal in their dealings with us. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who could use their services.

I was very pleased with the service. Roger repaired a bent door that I was afraid might need to be replaced. He answered questions about a new door but never pushed or tried to up sell. When I'm ready to purchase the new door, I'll definitely be calling back.
