I was very happy with the service from Precision. I called on a Sunday evening before the Memorial Day holiday. Phone was answered by a live person who promptly set up an appointment for Tuesday. Nathan Guest was my technician. He called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. He even explained the different steps to me during the repair. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to anyone else needing service.

This is an epitome of good customer service. I received a confirmation in my email immediately after I spoke to the representative over the phone. They promised they will arrive tomorrow morning between 10 and noon which they did. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and got the job done in a timely manner. The rates were reasonable and we were very pleased with the outcome. We would recommend this company to anybody that needs a garage door service.

Love my new garage door. It was the easiest process I have had on having something installed. From the moment Steve came to give me a bid for the door to the installation itself. Everybody so accommodating. The installation crew was on time and they completed the install exactly as they said it would be done. I called for a broken garage door opener at 1:00 PM on a Friday and they were here before 4:00 the same day. They had me fixed up and working in time for the weekend. Service tech was knowledgeable and friendly and the price was fair. I'll definitely use them again.
