Will was professional, but the price of the part is unreasonably high - - I looked it up on the internet and the same garage door opener (LM 8355 W LiftMaster Belt drive opener) would cost around $200; I was charge $465!!! I got your phone number from my online community. I would write a review and tell my friends that you guys are way too expensive.

Needed repairs done on two residences on the same day. What I thought would be a simple and inexpensive fix turned out to be 7 unsuccessful attempts by the company I’ve used for years. Called precision just to get it done. With Precision I was right. It was a simple and inexpensive fix. Scheduling was easy. Meeting the tech was easy. Fran fixed both problems easily and efficiently and was a genuine guy. Precision has become my go to. Thanks guys! Buck

Garage door installation (a few years ago) was performed by an excellent installer. Could not be more pleased. Today I had a repair call to replace one of my vertical track pieces and to service both garage doors. Fran Desmond performed service. Very courteous and performed needed service professionally. Again, could not be more pleased.

The technician (Nathan) who performed the work was professional, personable and he worked very hard the entire time he was here. The work was completed very quickly, using only top-grade replacement parts, and the garage door now functions better than it has since we moved here. "Precision"indeed...

If your looking for quality look no further! From the moment I called and set up the appointment I was told who my service person would be. Then I was sent a photo of Fran, before he headed my way he called to confirm. Upon arrival he was very professional and got right to work. He fixed my door quickly going above a beyond the regular scope of work. The price was what they quoted me on the phone. Precision you have my recommendation. FIVE STARS!

I didn’t see an advertisement, but your sticker was on the inside of my garage door. Service was excellent and was completed on the same day that I called. Blake was considerate, professional and efficient. He explained the problem and the repairs needed clearly. I’d highly recommend Precision garage door company.

A storm was moving in when my garage door broke, the base for the springs stripped from the wall. Because my door and opener were on warranty with Precision, I was immediately given a window for repair--and the door was working again before bedtime. The repair guy, Fran, was so helpful and friendly. He not only fixed the problem, but also did some additional troubleshooting and maintenance. Great service!

This was a gift for my son and his new house and it couldn't have been better. Your installer showed me the avenues that we had and we took the total package with the lifetime guarantee on most of it. It was done quickly and it worked great. We love Precision Door Service, I have used them on other property of mine and I will soon be having them look at my personal residence in the near future. Thanks again for a great experience.

I called Precision for service on our two old Genie garage door openers, and got an appointment for the next afternoon at 2 o'clock. Fran came out, right on time, and we assessed the problems. I chose to get two new openers and new chain tracks to replace the old screw-drives of our 14 year old openers. Fran scheduled me in immediately, 8 o'clock the next morning! By 11 o'clock the next day, I had two new garage door opener motors and chain drives working smooth as butter! We did not have to change garage doors or garage door tracks, either. I would recommend Precision to anyone without reservation!

I was very pleased with the ease and quickness of the entire operation. I called early on sunday morning (nothing like a late night breakage...) and had a technician at my house in just a few hours. He was very polite, gave me informed options from a simple repair to preventive maintenance and did the job quickly and professionally. Definitely will use again (if needed!)

Will Kidwell was fast, professional, honest and friendly. Will is an asset, turning what could have been a stressful experience into a surprisingly pleasant one. Our door works, and sounds, like new. No pressure to do more work. No hype about the job. We could not have asked for a better experience - and same day service! Will recommend to others!

Service was great . The technician called when he was about 10 minutes out. Fixed everything very quickly. I would definitely call this company again. It’s very rare that you can get same day service. Thank you Precision.
