A storm was moving in when my garage door broke, the base for the springs stripped from the wall. Because my door and opener were on warranty with Precision, I was immediately given a window for repair--and the door was working again before bedtime. The repair guy, Fran, was so helpful and friendly. He not only fixed the problem, but also did some additional troubleshooting and maintenance. Great service!

I called Precision for service on our two old Genie garage door openers, and got an appointment for the next afternoon at 2 o'clock. Fran came out, right on time, and we assessed the problems. I chose to get two new openers and new chain tracks to replace the old screw-drives of our 14 year old openers. Fran scheduled me in immediately, 8 o'clock the next morning! By 11 o'clock the next day, I had two new garage door opener motors and chain drives working smooth as butter! We did not have to change garage doors or garage door tracks, either. I would recommend Precision to anyone without reservation!

I was very pleased with the ease and quickness of the entire operation. I called early on sunday morning (nothing like a late night breakage...) and had a technician at my house in just a few hours. He was very polite, gave me informed options from a simple repair to preventive maintenance and did the job quickly and professionally. Definitely will use again (if needed!)

Hello and thanks for helping me on current issues with my garage door opening needs. I was very impressed with the technician Will. He was able to review the current setup and diagnose the issue within just a few minutes. No heavy pressure to purchase anything or a replacement opener. His knowledge of the issues, I felt comfortable to decide to replace the opener rather than fix the older one. Was also nice that Will had a replacement in his truck so I did not have to be bothered with ordering and re-scheduling another service. I give my experience a 5 star rating

When I realized the spring on my garage door was broken, around 6:45 a.m. I made a telephone call to Precision and to my surprise I was met with a warm and welcoming reception from a woman whom I later learned is the sister of the company's owner. She was amazingly nice, knowledgeable, professional--and most of all helpful! Less than two hours later, this company receptionist had sent me what must have been one of her nicest and most talented technicians, Anthony Cowden, who took care of my problem quickly and competently, and at a very reasonable price. Going forward I would never consider any company other than Precision for my garage door needs and will recommend this company to others as I have opportunity.
