A co-worker recommend Precision. Old door spring broke and car was trapped in the garage. Called Precision at 2pm and repairs, including some upgrades such as center reinforcement, new pulleys and nylon rollers, complete by 7pm same day - Sunday! Daren Denton was friendly and identified an issue with my door that he was able to easily correct that saved me a potential future panel replacement. I will be calling Precision soon for an upgrade on my second door’s hardware as well as belt drive door openers.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Precision. The two gentlemen who came were very professional and personable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately went about making the needed repair. In the process, they found an extra garage door remote that I never knew existed and put a battery in it for me, leaving me with an extra remote. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company.

I called and reported I was having problems with my garage door. The cables had come lose and the door was frozen half open. They responded and showed up at the time scheduled, and the tech was very knowledgeable, polite and was able to repair it and working with in 2 hours.

Jacob was the technician who responded to my service call for inop garage door opener. He gave me a thorough run down of my options. I decided to go with a new garage door opener. A smart decision. Jacob had everything on the truck needed, installed in about 90 minutes and gave me the run down on all the controls and usage. I was very pleased with his professional service. He luricated all the moving parts and even helped me program my built in car opener. Would highly recommend Precision Door & Garage Service for repair or replacement. My Technician called before and said he would arrive in 40 minutes and he was right on time. He tried to repair but couldn't called the warranty company for approval and they approved the request for a new one and we are so glad to be able pull up to the garage door and push button one time and it opens.
