What an amazing experience! Blake was super helpful in coming out to assess my garage door and explain options. He was incredibly personable, professional and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of - very patient. I can't say enough about Blake. Whenever I called Precision Door - a REAL person always answered the phone and offered superior customer service. Justin was equally as impressive - he showed up on time, got right to work and did a fabulous job installing my new garage door motor/rails. Met with Blake Angel today with regards to repair or replacement of our current garage door. Precision does not carry the type of door, which was explained. We decided to replace the door. OK - nice job. Kudos. The admin side was professional and responsive in communicating with the customer and maintaining scheduling for the job (installing a sidewinder door opener). Response times were fast. Really fast. Additionally, Michael, who did the install, did a professional job and was skilled in his product knowledge. Simply put, they were professional and costs were quite reasonable. What else could you ask for?
