This is the most professional and efficient repair company that I've ever experienced. Andrew was informed and pleasant with my initial call and scheduled a repair the same day. The technician arrived on time with a pre-arrival text. Christian Brown, my technician, was the nicest young man and a hard worker. It seemed like a two man job but he installed my system in about two hours with a genuine smile. I'm hard to impress and rarely leave reviews. This company gets things done like we wish all service companies could. Very impressive!

Precision Door is consistently and unquestionably the best vendor experience I have had for any type of home repair. Every time I have had an issue with any of my 3 garage door openers, they have showed up either same day (or next day), even on weekends and resolved the issue. There have been times when there was a repeat issue and they did not charge me for the service call. They have always been very fair, dependable, professional and gone above and beyond to resolve the issue completely. I could not more highly recommend their company.

Service was terrific; Cammie set up the same-day appointment for about 4 hours after my call. Justin was on time and did a really good job repairing the broken springs. Very pleasant but also knew the technical part and explained everything clearly to me. He also gave me a few tips on proper maintenance going forward. We couldn't have been more pleased.

From initial phone call to set up an estimate to completion of the job went exceptionally. Communication was consistent and installation technician, Kasey, was very cordial and knowledgeable. He efficiently took out my old garage door and installed the new door in less than 2 hours. I recommend Precision Door Services at the 5 star level.

Our garage door wouldn’t close one evening, my husband tried for an hour to get it down. I called Precision and they had some to us within the hour. Really great customer service and the technicians were great. Would highly recommend giving them a call.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday morning, and we had an emergency situation where someone in the household could only exit through the garage. Precision Garage Door had five star ratings, and I decided to call them. They sent their technician, Justin, to our home on a Saturday evening, and he was able to repair the door that night. we were very lucky he had the parts on his van at the time. Justin was highly knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. The fact that he came out to our home on a Saturday night at 7 o’clock is commendable. We will have them back for more maintenance on our door.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable about the previous door opener and the replacement. He explained in great detail about the problems of the old opener. He explained in great detail about the new opener, including the mounting of the track, and the safeguards at the bottom of the rails, and other details. He is a good representative for your business.

Justin got right to work, performed some preliminary checks and confirmed where the problem was. Due to the late time we all agreed he would be back tomorrow to install the new equipment. I would call precision again and be happy to have Justin as my agent.

My garage door started just randomly going up and down during the day and night. I did not feel safe. I tried to figure out what was wrong but couldn’t. I saw a Precision sticker on the garage door opener so I decided I would call them. The girl that answered was very nice and I was given an appointment for that day. Justin was the technician that was assigned to me. He was on time and very professional. He explained everything very clearly as he checked the opener. He then gave me my options explaining each one thoroughly and in a way I understood. I chose to replace it because of the age of the old one. He said it would take about an hour and he was right. When he finished installing it he explained as he was programming it and setting it up and showed me how to do it. He was so patient with me when I asked questions and answered in a way I understood. He was great. I love the new opener. I feel so much safer now. I would highly recommend Justin and Precision without hesitation.

Precision came the same day we called and Daren did a great job explaining what needed to be done, then stayed late to finish the job. This was our first time to use Precision, but I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. We were also very grateful for the 10 year warranty on both doors. Daren replaced the springs, rollers, cables, etc. so that both doors are like new. Our first experience with Precision was terrific.

I choose Precision Door because of good reviews. My 23 yr old springs exploded, snaped my cables and disengaged my opener. I called at 5am, reached a live person and was able to get service by noon that day. The two associates were both professional and knowledgeable. The service guy explained my options, and we made a decision. Service was complete by days end and we love our new system. Thank you!!!! I gave 5 stars because of our experience with the Precision team was pleasant, however, they are a bit pricey. :)

I called and you were out here within a day. Also, he examined and repaired and aligned the door. He put a surge protector on the outlet and set each remote. Also the pad, he reset it and save me money by not having to buy a new one. Thank you for being honest.

Precision is a group of true professional, from the telephone operator to the technicians. Dylan is a perfectionist. He would not leave until the job (garage door overhaul) was perfect. I appreciate their staff and their work, not to mention the same day service. I would not think of calling another garage door company. And their rates are reasonable. Thank you all.

I had been referred by a colleague to Precision when my Overhead Door garage door stopped working completely on Friday. My colleague said that Precision was, by far, the better company (because she had also had difficulty with Overhead). A technician couldn't get here until Monday morning first thing (another indicator of how good Precision is -- they are busy!). The scheduler couldn't have been nice and more empathic with my situation. She got me in with Dylan Davis, who couldn't have been professional, efficient, and kind. The garage door is now working gloriously! It's so quiet! I am very impressed and will be referring others to Precision moving forward!
