After discovering a broken spring this morning, my daughter recommended Precision Door. After I called and explained my situation, the repair man arrived on time, reviewed the problem, made a few recommendations, and provided an approximate cost estimate. He had all the necessary parts and tools on his truck. The garage door works perfectly now.

Matt, the service technician, was available earlier than scheduled so he texted and called before coming out. When he arrived he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. He proceeded to check out the system, grease and oil it as necessary and gave tips on possible other maintenance that I could do. His service was outstanding! I highly recommend this company and I will use them again as needed!

Precision is your go to garage door company! Scheduling and dispatching went very smoothly. A text with our tech’s picture was sent when he was on his way. Matt, the tech, made a special phone call for me to check on an older warranty and it was found quite quickly. Matt replaced the springs and it works like a gem. I installed precision door last year and had no issues. Recently my door was opening randomly and automatically. Most likely cause maybe the key we kept in kitchen drawer. Excellent service. Called Saturday morning, showed up before noon. Had broken torsion spring. Replaced both and tensioned door correctly. Explained what had to be done before starting. Also pointed out that rollers were wearing out and what could happen if not fixed. Gladly had him do that also.
