I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Precision. I had several bad situations on my shoulders all at once, and the last straw was my garage door not working. It turned out to be a simple fix and it was up and running in no time. My technician Kasey was professional, helpful, and kind. I’m beyond pleased with this company and the customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat and will happily tell my friends about my positive experience.

I called Precision for a free estimate to replace an opener that was more than 40 years old. It was a very professional, yet friendly, visit and their estimate was lower than the others. I asked them to replace the opener and they completed the work in one day. It was not an easy job with such an old setup but the installer was excellent and never stopped until the job was completed. I am delighted with the results. I can recommend Precision without any hesitation.

I saw several recommendations on Nextdoor Millpond. I have used your services before and your employees were friendly and professional. The employee who came out today was so nice and helpful. And he didn’t leave until he checked everything out. He cleaned up the area and he did a great job.

I called 9 o’clock at night and had a technician (Daren) come the next morning at 11:00. He was able to fix my door with a double door torsion changeover and I was back in business by 12:30. Nice guy and knew exactly what he was doing. Thanks for the quick and professional service.

Andrew was fantastic. He’s very helpful, and explains everything that needs to be done. This is the second time we’ve needed assistance with our garage door (the spring had snapped and needed to be repaired the first time), and we have no complaints. Everyone we’ve spoken to or worked with has been fantastic. I will always recommend Precision Garage Doors and continue to call for all of our needs! Thank you for being awesome!

We ordered the whole package: door, opener, track, wheels and wireless keypad. The door was delivered in less time than estimated and an installation was quickly scheduled. Patrick did a great job and everything looks great and works perfectly. We're really happy.

Andrew fixed my door issue efficiently and was very very pleasant. He also noticed that the door tension was putting stress on my ceiling that i had not noticed. He was able to show me the problem and fixed it as well. What a pleasant encounter with a fine young man.

Steve and Theresa were great to work with. Our realtor recommended them. Precision went over and above to make sure we were taken care of when a house we bought had a garage door that needed replaced. They came out and got us set up until the new door arrived. Steve even got us set up with a keypad and garage door opener (since the seller didn't leave one). From start to finish, the service was quick, well done and professional. Thanks y'all!

Called Precision for repair this morning because sensors not working properly. They sent repairman today. Michael was very knowledgeable about how garage opener worked. Not only did he replace the sensors, which he checked and found to my surprise, still under warranty, but adjusted open and close settings, lubricated garage door, and made sure keyless pad operated properly. Thank you Precision and especially, Michael!!!

After discovering a broken spring this morning, my daughter recommended Precision Door. After I called and explained my situation, the repair man arrived on time, reviewed the problem, made a few recommendations, and provided an approximate cost estimate. He had all the necessary parts and tools on his truck. The garage door works perfectly now.

Matt, the service technician, was available earlier than scheduled so he texted and called before coming out. When he arrived he quickly diagnose the problem and fixed it promptly. He proceeded to check out the system, grease and oil it as necessary and gave tips on possible other maintenance that I could do. His service was outstanding! I highly recommend this company and I will use them again as needed!
