Mr Healy has been to our home before to repair our garage door. We have had that door for some years so it has a mind if it’s own from time to time ????. He is friendly courteous and does a good job repairing our door. Getting a military discount also is a plus. Thank you. Mr Healy believes we may get 1-2 years more out of this door. We actually purchased new springs and a new pulley part.

Garage spring broke on a Sunday evening trapping my vehicle in the garage and leaving me no way to get my children to school by 7:30am the next day. Technician Daren came out on a Sunday night to fix it. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He got us fixed and operational before the kids bedtime. These folks responded the same day I called and were able to fix my opener immediately. Will, the technician, was great. Gave me options for the repairs and told me how much each would cost, He replaced wall pad, key pad, and remote then even reprogrammed both the vehicle openers . Great service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

A co-worker recommend Precision. Old door spring broke and car was trapped in the garage. Called Precision at 2pm and repairs, including some upgrades such as center reinforcement, new pulleys and nylon rollers, complete by 7pm same day - Sunday! Daren Denton was friendly and identified an issue with my door that he was able to easily correct that saved me a potential future panel replacement. I will be calling Precision soon for an upgrade on my second door’s hardware as well as belt drive door openers.

I was extremely happy with the service I received from Precision. The two gentlemen who came were very professional and personable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately went about making the needed repair. In the process, they found an extra garage door remote that I never knew existed and put a battery in it for me, leaving me with an extra remote. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company.

I called and reported I was having problems with my garage door. The cables had come lose and the door was frozen half open. They responded and showed up at the time scheduled, and the tech was very knowledgeable, polite and was able to repair it and working with in 2 hours.
